Downey Farmers Market — Attraction in Downey

What can I say farmers' markets are kind of my thing and it doesn't hurt that most of the ones that I go to have that amazing bonjour yogurt. so I go I get my yogurt and I see what else Market has to offer. this one pretty cool because they have a nice selection of hot food for sale I really dug the sea food vendor with the fish tacos and tostadas those are delicious and they even had the Mexican Cokes and I didn't know but Zen's Tea House is also there now so great tea make sure you try...

This is a great place to get fresh eggs, organic veggies & fruit, fresh squeezed juice, and a variety of fresh food, (so you can have lunch while walking around). There are also vendors that sell a variety of fresh honey, nuts and sweets. There are fresh flowers, crystals and incense. I've even seen clothing for dogs, and their owners as well.

Most places take ATM/Credit, but some are cash only. Parking can be a little trough, but as they say, patience...

Lots of produce and fruit vendors. Prices are reasonable compared to other farmers market I've been to. Parking is horrendous, come early to get parking or just stay at home and not risk a parking citation. Downey parking enforcement is STRICTLY enforced. The sidewalks thru vendors are very narrow. If you have little ones bring the umbrella stroller instead of the massive strollers as you'll have trouble...
