It doesn't take an expert to see how poorly run this place is. The chefs are great and most of their food is okay. I've never gotten sick here, but today finally had enough.
There's one server in particular (The lady who usually answers the phone). She's very overbearing and has taken things from our hands without asking and been very rude on many occasions.
She grabbed my chopsticks while I was eating and clutched them in her palm. In the past she has grabbed our plates, and chopsticks to put things in a togo box for us, without asking while we were doing the very same.
Just go somewhere else. The prices are literally the same as a higher-scale sushi joint and the water tastes disgusting. Today it had lemon in it (without asking) and tasted like rotten fruit.
The entire place is filthy, the menus are stained with soysauce and god knows what, and all the surfaces are grimy and sticky. The walls and ceilings are caked in dust and even the light fixtures have a thick layer of dust dirt and grime.
If you like your raw fish with skin particles, dirt and grime, feel free to stop in and enjoy.

If you don’t leave a tip, the waitress lady will ask you to leave one. It’s happened twice to us and the second time happened on March 6, 2025. We didn’t think much of the first time since we really enjoyed the food/environment and gave the waitresses the benefit of the doubt. It’s embarrassing to be put on the spot in front of other people and she will follow you outside the door with the receipt and pen demanding a tip. We leave tip most of the time when we can. We saw the same thing happen to a couple and they were already getting in their car, regardless the waitress still followed them all the way out there, it’s embarrassing and ruins the dining experience. Read moreBeen here many times, and we have unfortunately noticed service was getting worse.. but food is really good, so we continued to Come. Today, I think we have to part ways... Top of dinner, 7 PM 2 servers on a full house, evenone if the cooks helped deliver food... We knew they were busy, so we waited about 10 minutes for menus, tild the server we knew what we wanted, took our order and left. Took her time to bring soup and salad, no drinks... Asked her to bring our drinks and a fork, brought drinks and we waited a good hour before we told server to cancel our order, that normally would take 15 minutes to be cooked. She was not happy about that and said we had to pay for our food. I told her I would pay for what I had eaten, soup and salad. Looks like they could care less if they lost our business, too bad as I eat out every day and happen to be in the industry. That only reminds me I have to be aware if what me crew does to definitely avoid this kind...
