TERRRRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
My husband and I frequent this place all the time. They know us. Yet one thing we have always been bothered by is the music they play. If you have children or are bothered by cussing, do not come here...
Today we decided to go eat lunch there. When we were just about done eating, a song came on with every curse word in the world, inuding the N and F word. The table next to us had 2 or 3 little kids. Their faces looked appalled when the song came on.
I kindly asked a male server to change the song since there were kids there. He SMIRKED and left the table without saying "Im sorry" or "Oh ok, yes, let me take care of that"... NOPE, not one reassuring word. One minute later I see him laughing with another male worker (who also gave me evil eye) and the music changed to classical for 30 seconds. Yes, SECONDS. Then was changed back to the offensive song, but this time even LOUDER.
For that reason, my husband and I will never be returning here. When a customer is eating at your restaurant, they deserve to feel comfortable. If they have the courage to ask you to change your OFFENSIVE music, humbly do it. That's what true customer service is about. I will not give my money to a place that doesn't care AT ALL about my feelings.
If the music is for the workers, I suggest they buy earphones and USE THEM, without destroying the minds of young children with that disgusting music they played today. I will never return and I will never recommend this place to anyone, ever again.

Read moreI had a wonderful dinner here with my coworkers and it turned out to be such a great evening. We ordered a variety of dishes, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The sushi was outstanding with fresh fish that melted in your mouth, and it paired perfectly with Kurosawa sake and Kawaba beer, which made the whole experience even better. The tempura was super crunchy and light, not oily at all, which is exactly how it should be. The salmon teriyaki was cooked perfectly, tender on the inside with a nice glaze that had just the right balance of sweetness. The crunch roll was another highlight – full of flavor and a perfect combination of textures. Service was friendly and attentive without being overwhelming, which really made the dinner more enjoyable. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing after work with good food and drinks. Overall, I highly recommend this place whether you are coming with coworkers, friends, or family. Everything from the food to the drinks to the service...
Read moreI saw this place had good reviews and I was staying close so here we go… I ordered an inari, Paradise roll and yellowtail sashimi. The inari came within a minute which instantly gave me pause. It was soggy and cold. Obviously not prepared fresh. Then the roll came out quickly, too. The tempura shrimp was not crisp nor even warm. Again, prepared earlier and set to wait. I returned the inari, and had to remind the waiter of my sashimi. She took the inari and brought the sashimi. It was also cut and prepped earlier, as each piece tasted of lemon that was set leaning against it. The inari was never brought back. All I can say is that regardless of the reviews, this was nothing better than the sushi at your local supermarket. I have had better quality sushi in landlocked states. I brought this up to the server and the best they could do was give me a 10% off coupon for my next (never happening) visit. Bottom line? Save your money. This...
