The Frame Company And Art Gallery — Attraction in Dublin

I bought in original artwork with a photo of the artist signing the item. I was told to leave the photo they will place it in an envelope that they will attach to the back of picture. When I picked it up, they had taped the actual picture to the back, not in an envelope as promised. When I asked them to place the photo in an envelope, the clerk ripped the paper on the back of picture trying to lift photo off. The clerk cut an oversized yellow mailer to put the picture in and tape it on the back and said the mailer will cover up the rip, I was not comfortable with that. I looked at the original photo and it was still full of tape residue. The clerk took photo in the back and did manage to get the tape off but got finger prints all over photo. Went in the back room again and got the finger prints off, but this photo went from pristine to man handled. Another original I bought in was supposed to be able to mount front and back, the matting on the opposite side was such a chop job and looks awful, I was so upset with the one picture I did not pay close attention to the other one at the time.
