At the risk of sounding like a Karen, I really wanted to give this store a good review but despite my efforts to make it a positive experience the customer service was so bad its unavoidable and I just have to speak up about it. That said, it all started one Saturday evening. My husband and I are in the market for a utv and we found the one we wanted there at that Theisens. We went in the store and found the service desk and asked about purchasing the utv. She called to automotive which did not respond so we walked back there and found a kid I know his name but, I won't say it here. He lectured us about coming on a Saturday night when there is no one there to help us with the purchase. (We both work during the week and live an hour from that store and cannot come any other time) he proceeded to tell us to come some other day. And would not sell us the utv. I was so mad but I bit my tongue and just walked out of the store empty handed. They could have had a 10000.00 sale, but I guess it wasn't meant to be. The lady we talked to initially when no one responded to the page for automotive said that they can't get anyone to work on Saturday nights. That's too bad. I had just gotten off my job that Saturday to make a purchase that no one would ring me up for. What is wrong with this society? No one...

He clearly seen me looking into the counter, but never once offered any assistance or offered to answer any questions. I went in to buy some work pants , had four or five pairs I wanted to try on that I really liked. Absolutely nobody would answer the assistance button to let you in the dressing room, youâre not selling clothes because nobody can try them on. Absolutely ridiculous you put an assistance button three times and nobody ever responds. Donât blame the bad economy on your poor sales. Blame your lack of employees, have a better business model and you might sell more items. Lady up at the customer service desk had 10 people waiting to return stuff with no help, and one checker struggling to get everybody through. I do not feel sorry for company like this that are filing for bankruptcy. Youâre doing it to yourself, profits over people.    Read moreI always come here for my oil changes and etc and have never had any issues until this past Saturday. I brought my car in just to get a new battery. I sat there for 2 hours. I went to the clerk 2 times to find out what was taking so long and was told that they were trying to reset my car alarm that they triggered while changing the battery. They claim they used a battery tender, but this wouldn't have happened if they had. After sitting there for so long they finally told me that there was nothing they could do. My car was completely locked out and wasn't able to start. They offered me a $20 gift card for my "inconvenience ". I had to have it towed on my dime to a place that installs car alarms to see if they could reset it and found out that the problem was that they had shorted out my alarm system and I had to have the whole thing removed which cost me another $55. They have lost a very loyal customer due to their lack of caring and accepting...
