Very very disappointed. The new owner Nancy didn't keep the amazing customer service aspect when she took over. I've gone here for Christmas gifts and others items for the past few years and I've ALWAYS been satisfied with products and the great customer service.
Unfortunately this year when I went in Nancy didn't seem to want to wait on me, she was short, cold and seemed annoyed when I asked questions so I stopped asking and cut my list short and decided I would only buy what I needed and shop elsewhere for some of the people on my list. Mind you I've spent quite a chunk of change here over the years.
I also confirmed THREE times (on different days) with Nancy about the font style and size on two different mugs I was purchasing. She showed me her mug that was out on her desk and said she could make "worlds best dad" and "worlds best papa" in big letters as shown on her thermos. So when I came back in to complete my order later that week (since I forgot to bring my debit card in wth me the initial day I went in) she assured me once again.
So after getting home with my order after picking up (which kudos for having the order done in just a couple days) I pulled out the two wine glasses I ordered and one had the wrong name on it. So I called Nancy about the issue and she was so upset with me as if it were my fault and said she didn't think she could get a new one. Said she would call me back. Then later in the day when I hadn't heard from her I called back and she said she found one and would have it done tomorrow. Ok fine no problem, as long as it's fixed.
I then asked Nancy about the two coffee mugs and why the font was so small, I asked if there was a miscommunication about the sizing and she went on about how customers need to realize that they can't make all fonts big on their products and then asked me what I expected her to do about it. Umm what?! Who says that to a customer? She was blaming me and talking down to me as if I should have known better after confirming three times with her that it wasn't a guarantee with large lettering. I was so shocked by the bad attitude and grief she was giving me and NOT ONCE did she even apologize until I finally said "this isn't my fault, you told me it could be done then put the wrong name on a wine glass and didn't even apologize." She muttered "sorry" and then sat there. I will NEVER place an order there again and I'm so sad that I'll have to take my business elsewhere now.
She watched me walk in the next day to pick up my fixed wine glass and wouldn't even look at me. I had to ask the guy at the counter for a box for the wine glass and left with nothing said to me about the mistakes on their end.
I've been sending people here for years and have always talked so highly about my past products and experiences, but I will never recommend this place again and I will absolutely express my feelings as to why I've had a change of heart about this business.

There were plenty of different options at several different price points, which was nice. I ordered several different pieces to commemorate various employee milestone anniversaries.
