Susan Flowers — Attraction in Duluth

I placed an order for expensive floral delivery over the weekend to be delivered to my spouse on Valentines Day. Upon checking my daily bank text this morning I noticed something was off. Upon further investigation I realized my floral order had been canceled WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION. When I contacted the woman who run's Susan Flowers and asked why my order was canceled without notification she claimed that the transaction was fraudulent. When I asked her why it came up as fraudulent she said she didn't know. When I asked her when why I didn't get a notification of the cancelation her response was that there was nothing she could do and hung up on me. When I attempted to call back thinking it could have just been a accidental phone disconnection she ignored my call. Don't bother shopping here for Valentine's day it's clear this woman isn't able to handle the orders and just starts canceling them without notification or accountability.
