The 2 stars are for the assistant manager Grant who actually tried to help. Went in here to print a label to ship a phone to Google and the email wouldn't send. Okay I'm kind of in a hurry but they just had me stand there and wait for the email to send. The lady who was helping me starts helping other customers and says nothing. Her manager (I'm assuming) gets her attention and says did you help him. She explains the mail situation and goes on helping other customers. After ten minutes or so they check again. Still no email. At this point i say ill come back tomorrow. On the walk to my car i remember that I really needed to get his shipped. So i call home to my lovely wife who emails and confirms that again the labels are sent. I go back in the store this time and inform the two ladies (two women one had glasses) that i think i got the help i needed and can ship the package now. The one with the darker hair walks up to another customer and completely ignores me (same lady who was perfectly willing to tell that there is another fedex on page road). The Assistant manager grant walks up and suggest I email to the fedex2go address a suggestion no one made before this point. Email arrives i get the phone shipped and Grant apologizes for the inconvenience. I have never gone in a fedex and not got hands on assistance with anything i needed and I certainly have never gone in one and been treated the way that I was in this location today. Of the three ladies i saw in the shop the elder of the three is the only one that should be a service related job in my opinion. The other two were horrible rude and visibly had attitudes and didn't want to help. Ill avoid this location in the future it would be faster to drive...
Read moreI was involved in a car accident a few weeks ago, and have been dealing with the guy at fault's insurance company by myself. It was determined that my car was totaled and the insurance asked me to send them my signed title. I did that at this particular Fedex store. A day later, the insurance company told me they have only received an empty envelope which I know is impossible because I put the title in the envelope myself and I watched the Fedex employee seal the envelope. I reached out to the store to see if they could dig in the security footage for me and if it was captured on footage, I would have more evidence to question the insurance company. I spoke to a two staffs at the store on the phone and they were both very patient and informative. I was eventually put through to Marj, the manager who was just the sweetest and SO helpful. She agreed to help me without hesitation and responded to me very quickly. Yes, we did absolutely put the title in the envelope. I really appreciate this store's staff and manager for their willingness and enthusiasm to help - dealing with the aftermath of this car accident has been a nightmare and this is the only nice thing that has happened to me (besides support and help from friends...
Read moreTLDR: A bit pricey, good quality poster with timely service. But they lost or destroyed my property.
I had a poster printed here about a month ago. I was asked to leave the flash drive I used to transport the poster with them and I could pick it up later when I picked up the poster. The poster was printed in a good time frame and good quality (albeit a bit pricey), but when I asked about the flash drive, the employee said they could not find it.
Fast-forward about 3 weeks when I called in to check if they had found it. The employee said they did find it and I could come pick it up with an ID. I was on travel, so after about 2 weeks I went in to pick up my flash drive to find that (a) they could not find it and (b) it was likely sent out to be destroyed (even though they did not have any records of it being destroyed). The reason why it was destroyed is because it was there for too long, citing that they can't hold too many missing items for too long. I have never been asked to leave a flash drive to get a poster printed before and they even said the employee was not supposed to do this. If they weren't collecting flash drives from people, they shouldn't even have a large lost-and-found. It...
