They keep the area near the office maintained but that's it. The rails are all rusted and need to be repainted. The balconies need to be pressure washed and repainted. There's always trash flying about from over-filled dumpsters. They just fixed one side of the mailboxes we use because 70% of them didn't have doors. There are still some without doors but I guess they're gonna wait until those tenants complain. During the summer the bushes got trimmed 1 time. We couldn't even walk on the sidewalk because they were so overgrown. They give you two parking spaces per apartment but people just park wherever they want. Don't try to get management involved. They say they'll handle it but nothing gets done. The parking lots and streets within the complex are old and filled with HUGE potholes. Broken glass everywhere that they won't clean up. They used to have a drop box for rent but they got rid of it without sending out and official notice. When we tried getting the online payments set up they kept giving us the runaround. We finally have it set up after 8 months of living here. They started charging people for water after our lease had already started. They said they wouldn't charge current tenants for water until after their leases were renewed. But of course we started receiving a water bill. They make you pay a nonrefundable pet fee of $275 and add $10 per month to your rent per pet but almost NOBODY pays that. There are cats and dogs roaming the neighborhood without collars. The inside of the apartments aren't bad. There are some things that we asked to get fixed since we first moved in that haven't been fixed. It's a good thing we filled out a walk-through AND took pictures. They've repainted the insides so many times that the painted has started cracking and falling off in certain spots in the apt if you lean against the wall. A couple of our closet doors don't close because there's too much caked on paint. The windows in most of the apartments probably haven't been upgraded since the place was built. So be prepared for extremely high power bills in the summer and high gas bills in the winter. Our electric averaged $200 and that was because of the AC/heat. The cops have been called dozens of time since we moved here. We hear gunshots on a weekly basis. I've seen drug deals go down and have been approached by people trying to sell me drugs. Don't try to tell management about any of this because nothing will get done. They hire these shady people and allow them to be "maintenance workers". They're supposed to give 24 hours notice to do any work in your apartment but don't be surprised if someone just shows up or if you come home and find them there. When we tried to give our 30 days notice before the end of our lease the woman in the office tried to tell us that their policy is 60 days notice and because of that we needed to pay an extra months rent. I reminded them that it's 60 days notice to break a lease but only 30 days if we are not renewing. We went back and forth for a while before I finally told her to show me where it said 60 days in my lease. Of course I was right. She made the excuse that everyone's lease is different. If that's true then why argue with me instead of trying to confirm? I can only imagine the problems they would've given me had I signed the paper that said 60 days. A month before I moved I had fallen down the stairs because the metal railing was so rusted that it was no longer attached to anything. I fell on a Saturday morning. No one even came to tape of the stairs until the following Monday morning. 24hr maintenance my a$$! We also had squirrels living in the ceiling. The manager said she'd "call the wildlife guy" but squirrels were still actively scratching at the ceiling the day we moved. I've attached pics of the rail when I fell and when they came to tape it off the next Monday. I also attached a pic of the hole that the squirrels enter and exit the roof in my building. Hopefully they don't delete them again.

Terrible because since last year I told them to check the ceiling of the apartment and they only went to see more they never fixed the problem again, and to date we still have that same problem, they went two weeks ago and they were to return because my roof is uncovered they still don't finish the work and they send me this message that according to that they have finished the work what a bone horror that they plan to leave my ceiling dripping???

I am a current resident at the this complex and I was very pleased with it until recently I went to pay my rent in the office and it was 26.75 short and I the police before use to be no more than 25 short so yes I was a dollar over and I still took my money order for 550 up there to pay anyway in the past this was never a problem because I would just pay with next month rent.. No biggie you would figure well that was not the case the very rude receptionists in the office were nasty than tried to put me on blast saying my rent has always been late an that when I exploded and told her to get her facts straight if I have been living here for 3 yrs and my rent just started becoming late in Feb of this yr due to I had some health issue but she overlooked the fact that I would overpay by a 1.00 or two for the other two yrs I was here. None the less the little girls in the office that this complex now has working for them are very rude and unprofessional with the way they handle people that come pay they rent weather its late of not it is unprofessional to talk about anyone's account in front of a bunch of people that has nothing to do with that person household. Also they tried to take my money order and not give me a recipient and they did not want to give me my package that was in the office she claim she couldn't find it when I called up there right before I came and she said it was in the office.. Than after she receptionist got smart and rolled her eyes I guess cause she was sitting in boss man chair she called the cops on us because she claimed we wouldn't leave but she never gave me my package so how are you trying to make a tenant leave the office if you never gave them there item. They need to Get adults in the office that know how to talk to people or they are gonna lose a lot of business. people who pay money an have never been taking to court or been bad tenants should not be made to...

I have never been this type of person to write bad reviews but I’m fed up honestly. I have lived in these apartments for 4 years, I’ve complained and complained about rats, holes, mold( THATS A BIG ONE) window ventilation, stove issues, roach infestation, neighbors, Damages neighbors have done and apparently “ it wasn’t an emergency” so they won’t fix it. Neither company that was changing were ever good. All they do is pretend work orders or they show up weeks later after you request something done they pick and choose who they want to go see. I have kids of my own these apartments aren’t safe for your health either. I’ve threatened to call the health department. I call all the time to request the manager but “ she’s not here” . I hope they can actually bring a good management out to this community and fix these apartments. Do not waste your time here it won’t be worth it especially for...
