Very disappointed in my shopping experience. i have been to this shop a number of times, but this one may be the last. After trying on a skirt I asked an associate to get me a different size. She brushed me off saying she would get it after she wrapped a gift (red flag number one, i should have left then). I waited a bit, as i didn't want to get dressed and go out into the store. I finally put on my shoes and top and went out and got the skirt myself, even though there were about 3 workers wandering around the store trying to look busy (red flag number 2). This is another must stop shop for me while I’m in town. I love the trendy selection of items that they offer. The store is always displayed beautifully. I find myself often circling back to make sure I don’t overlook something. I have noticed that I am not typically greeted and educated on new products that just arrived. I am a shopper that doesn’t like to be hassled while shopping but I do always appreciate a quick greeting and a product knowledge rundown of new items. I always have a great experience. Everyone is always so helpful! I appreciate how they are willing to take care of each customer equally.
