I just have to leave a review!! My mother passed away a few weeks ago and the owner Dorothy was kind enough to donate a floral arrangement for the memorial reception. She found out what my mom's favorite flowers were and had it ready the day before the service. The employees at the store were friendly. The place was warm and inviting and it smelled like flowers the minute you walk in. I had actually just been at Meridian Flowers or Florals, I don't remember, the day before to just see if they had anything with just a single rose. My experience there was not like the one I had at Hope Blooms. Let me tell you, I was absolutely blown away at just how beautiful this arrangement was! She included white, red and yellow roses. My Mom's favorite. The greenery she included was gorgeous! The arrangement smelled liked roses and a Christmas tree. I've personally never bought an arrangement that was done as beautiful as this! This was very professionally done and I will never go anywhere else for my floral needs. Not only is the store owner very kind and generous, she runs her shop well and she definitely knows how to put together an arrangement. Horrible Mother's Day experience! I placed and paid for an order for my Mother in Law who was visiting Eagle. It was very important to get the flowers to her because my Husband could not be with her. I received a confirmation with a delivery date of May 9th. At 3pm my sister in law informed me that the flowers had not been delivered yet. I called the flower shop and left a message because no one had answered. I finally received a return phone call at 6:04 Pm form Hope's telling me that they had "reached capacity" and wouldn't be delivering our flowers. The woman claimed she had sent me an email to tell me this but I never received any email. She was rude, offered no help and seemed to care less that it was now a time when all other florists were closed. I live in another State so it was impossible for me to arrange another option. Thankfully I was able to find 1 florist that was open and she felt so bad that they helped me. It did cost us more though, I will never use Hope Bloom Flowers & Things.
