Regal Heartland — Attraction in Early

Worst move theater experience of my entire adult life! My family was harassed by the lying manager with the "little man syndrome!" Me, my husband, daughter and our 2 17 year old sons went to see two different movies tonight. Total bill was around $65.00. I went to the rated R movie with the boys and my daughter and husband went to another show. Before the movie started I decided to use the restroom. When I came out of the restroom the manager and a security guard had removed my boys from the theatre and accused them of lying about being there with their mom. They escorted them out and were talking to them in the hall when I stepped out of the restroom. The manager had told the security guard that I had left them in the rated R movie alone and that he saw me go into another theatre. This was a complete lie! He was extrewmly rude and the security guard looked embarrassed. After we were allowed to return to the movie he came in with his distracting red light every 10 mins looking to see if I was still there. We will NEVER spend another dime at this...

This is my second time at the theater-you win some, you lose some. Last time we came the staff was super friendly but the bathroom and seating areas were disgusting....this time I came and the building is extremely clean and the guy selling popcorn was a total jerk, and when I walked my 35 week pregnant self back to ask if there was an issue with the sound he rolled his eyes, talked to me as if I were a child and said the commercials are muted and the sound would come on at 1:00 when the previews begin... well no actually, it's 1:05 and still no sound and the people around me are complaining and slurping the hell out of those slushies. I'll just drive to San Angelo next time. Updated:it's now 1:15 (movie start time) no sound, and several people have left to check on it. I have sat here 15 minutes now listening to crunching popcorn, slurping, other annoyed people, and one very loud fart. If this isn't fixed in 5 minutes I'm going to demand a refund. This is...

Drove 45 minutes to this theatre, staff did not want to be there, terrible service ,was ignored. I knew we should have just left right then. I bet there was a total of 7-10 people in the entire facility on this Friday night.I’m sure it’s on its way out…. We walked out after the 10pm movie ended and my son realized he left his beats inside. The doors we’re locked so we stood at the doors knocking and trying to get their attention. Saw several staff members look at us and just walk away. Tried calling for 20 minutes no answer and into the next day. We must have called 20-30 times and not one time was it picked up. Still to this day we cannot get a phone call picked up. I’m sure we’ll never get his beats back. Terrible night shift staff for sure, will not be back. Good luck with...
