We live 350 miles from the Brownwood area, way up in Amarillo ;) But finding this vehicle on fb marketplace and staying in touch with Kim via phone and email truly helped us! These vehicles are extremely hard to come by, so when I found it available through Facebook marketplace, my husband and I were inquisitive. This vehicle was secured by two other serious buyers so we thought we wouldn't be able to buy it. However, about 5 days later, I received a call from Kim letting me know that it was available! (Little did Kim know that Garrett and I had just returned from a weekend trip to Houston where we planned to buy an SUV but returned home with nothing!) My husband and I did something we've never done before-- we decided to buy a new car, sight unseen, over the phone. In the car market these days, vehicles are hard to find and are selling way over MSRP! Not at Bruner. Bruner Auto Group takes good care of you and reminds you of your hometown!    Read moreOnline support is null and void, front desk receptionist sounds like a nicer middle aged woman, who seemin got tries to help, but apparently her sales staff, managers, and anyone else on the gmc leaves her high and dry. It states contact this number for pricing on a 2017 canyon v6. But it list it as a quick silver, picture on website is white, and it's listed higher that almost any 2018 vehicle, and the lady tried in a last ditch effort to switch me over to a Toyota sales person who basically said back to me everything I read him off the screen. Which then after realizing that he tried the same moves that larger city dealerships do and try and get your name and number, and so they can pass it off to someone else and that person will call and harass you until u buy or change your number. Pushy sales staff and apparently very high prices. But I will say the manage I guess took down the work number I had somehow from being bounced around. Unfortunately already had such a bad taste in my mouth, didn't wish to spend my money there. And even had to laugh when a vehicle is a year behind sticker price...
