Absolutely awful place to get your nails done. I went in for a gel infill, and the guy started to prep acrylic. When my nails were done it was the sloppiest work I’ve seen. The French tip was a mess, there was visible drip they didn’t file and their UV light barely worked. When I asked them to take it off because I wasn’t happy, they wouldn’t let me speak and they tried to fix the design. They couldn’t even draw a simple heart and the nails still came out terrible. I asked them again to take it off. They filed off ALL OF IT, resulting in there being a hole in my nail near the top. I tried to stop him when I thought the filing was taking too long, but he said gel couldn’t be soaked off with acetone, and everyone I’ve asked since has said the opposite, but this was my second time in a nail salon so I made the mistake in the moment to trust him. My nails are SO THIN and I don’t think it’s normal. There’s STILL color on my hand nearly a week later that he said would “come off with lotion” I have no pictures because I didn’t think to take any. AVOID THIS SALON

I was passing by here entering the mall and while shopping in other stores decided it would be nice before starting my new job to treat myself. I was a walk in and they were able to take me fairly quickly and upon explaining my treat they told me they would also be able to do pedicure. I went for it. The woman I had was quick but good but my hands felt a little scraped and cut from the files and burned from the product. Somehow I did not feel right when it came to price when I was done. When I went back to have the nails soaked off it was long and tedious and was kinda convinced to get them done again. I did not have another pedicure. Again the price was weird. I don't have my nails done often so I am unsure if this is common. They looked beautiful and lasted and I loved how I felt in them.

I have to say this place is a hit or miss. I have been there before . One time it was great and the second was sloppy and rushed however I thought it was because it was almost closing. Yesterday, was so the worst. However, here are pictures to prove the bad job. This lady cut my finger 2x and just kept applying polish over the nails. The nail broke on the side and she just filed it caused more bleeding. Then just polished over it. I only pushed through the pain because I had important meeting and I didn't want my hands looking horrible however as you can see they are horrible just with polish on. I shouldn't have paid for this however I felt Bad because her boss seemed in a bad mood and was yelling at customers and workers. I didn't want to add an another issue. Will never return.

First time here. No wait. Got my toes done first; pedicure with gel. She did a good job but told me it was going to be $27 plus $10 for gel on my toes. Afterwards got charged $52 for toes maybe I misheard her? Dunno. Then Tony did my hands, full set with gel. He did then very very fast. Was surprised at how good they turned out. He charged me $55 for my hands because I wanted them light pink color. Total it cost me $102 to get a pedicure with gel and full set with gel. They did do a good job though compared to to other three salons I’ve tried out in the area. The salon chairs are a little old and beaten up but they work. Good visit. Like my nails. Thanks! Will definitely come back again.

Update: So I went back a second time. I went in to get a gel pedi and mani. They started my toes right away, but it took the lady an hour and a half. I sat down at 6:45. Then I noticed everyone was busy and there was no one to start my hands. They had me sit and wait for 45 minutes before anyone could start my hands. I saw people come after me and leave before me. They did not get done until 10:15PM! I was there for over three hours! I was disappointed because they made me miss my movie time, and I asked for them to take off $10....they said no. I asked if my time was worth anything to them? I pointed out that I’d been there since 6:45pm.

Third update:

Went to get my toes done. The girl that did my toes was irritated that I asked to look at the colors again. I wanted to put a coat of glitter on my toes and it seemed like it was a burden. She told me it was an “ugly color” and kept stating out loud “$2 more !” For each little thing. Honestly it was embarrassing and humiliating. I am not that hard up for money but I just didn’t want the spa pedi which was going to cost $75 with gel. I simply told her I wanted a regular pedicure with gel and it became this huge debate between her and her son and the entire salon could hear, everyone was staring. I think I will be switching to a new salon and will not return here again. That was...

If I could give these people a 0 x 100 i would. DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT GO HERE, I WILL REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE. My husband and I went here prior to our vacation , we decided to go to this location due to the convenience , since we were already in the mall ; First of all, it took them 45 minutes..yes...45 minutes to finally get to us. When we got there they told us they are free..sat us down in seats...which btw the place is contested, they stuff as many pedicure chairs in one small room as they can . After 45 minutes of just sitting, even though people were available, they finally came to us. My husband was getting a simple manicure and pedicure and i was getting just a simple pedicure. According to their price up on the wall...the pedicures should have been $20 each and the manicure for my husband, less than that . However, they charged my husband almost $80 !! My husband informed me, and i did tell him that was wrong, but he left because he was so upset and the lady doing my pedicure still wasn't finished. When I was done, I went to the man up in the front and I asked him why did they charge my husband much more compared to what their price says...he said 'oh you guys got the spa package' hmm no we did not???? if putting lotion on our legs was a spa package...what the hell...and nor were we even asked to put lotion...first of all...other nail salons put lotion on your legs for free..so how is this even a spa package. I don know when was the last time i felt so upset...because they clearly do not care. that they are liars. I saw another young girl that was there that was so upset but scared to tell them that they messed up her pedicure....she asked them to put a double coat of mail polish..and the lady's answer to her was 'you didn't tell us to put a double coat' hmmm don't nail salons ALWAYS put double coats???/ these people will rip you off then pretend they don't speak english ..

SO UNFAIR, DO NOT GO...AVOID...THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN@!!!!!!

ps. check their yelp reviews, i'm not the only one they...

My sister and I brought our mom here for Mother’s Day for mani/pedis as walk-ins. While we were seated right away, the overall experience was disappointing and unfortunately turned what was supposed to be a relaxing treat into a frustrating afternoon.

My sister and I had female technicians for our pedicures. My service felt rushed—especially the scrubbing, cuticle cleanup, and soaking. When I declined polish for my fingernails, the technician seemed annoyed and did a quick, careless job on the rest. My sister only got a gel pedicure and felt the results were just okay—not bad, but not something she’d return for.

Our biggest issue was with the technician working on our mom. She had a male technician who continuously ignored her preferences. Instead of doing what she asked for, he kept suggesting alternatives and ultimately did what he thought looked best. He even applied a completely different polish color than she requested. When she tried to speak up, he continued anyway, and the polish was smudged and uneven. He did attempt to fix it while she was drying, but the damage was already done—and she ended up removing the polish entirely once we got home.

On top of that, while working on our mom, the same technician had a customer come in who had booked an appointment with him. Instead of honoring the appointment, he told her to come back in 15 minutes. When she did, he had already started on another walk-in and told her, “I said come back in 5 minutes, and you didn’t.” She looked understandably furious. It was incredibly unprofessional and just added to the chaotic atmosphere.

We understand that walk-ins on a busy day can be a challenge, but what was lacking here was not time—it was care, attention, and basic professionalism. We won’t be returning, and we definitely wouldn’t recommend this salon for a...
