Boats Inc. — Attraction in East Lyme

Had the boat away for the week and ran aground about 80 miles from home. I called the closest Yamaha/Grady dealer and got in touch with Jeff in service. He advised me to get the boat towed over asap (on a Sunday) Jeff met me at the dock and advised me it looked like the lower unit was shot as well as the prop. Due to current back orders and supply chain issues Jeff prepared me for the worst case scenario and a fall without Blackfishing is the absolute worst case scenario for someone like me. The next morning i received a phone call from Jeff letting me know he had a lower unit and could get me back on the water by the afternoon. Not only did they know how badly i needed this part but i was also a long way from home. They could have taken full advantage of me knowing there wasn't another lower unit in the country and i had no way of traveling back home. Not only did Jeff call me over to look at the unit prior to purchase at no time did he inflate the price or tack on any kind of additional BS charges.
