Five Below — Attraction in East Point

Went on Sunday and the store was a mess! There were toys and cups all over the floor and the employees were following people around and not picking up the items. Plus half the store is $5.55 or more for the same low quality stuff. And some items say one price then you get to the front and there $7. And I don’t understand why they created shelf check out because the employees always try to run over and ring up your stuff and attempt to put your card in the machine for you! Like if you wanted to check us out, you could’ve left it as a regular cashier area! they catch a attitude when you tell them that you got the check out part. The vibes just have not been the same ever since they did the remodel and it’s easier to just go to one further out for better service and a cleaner store. Because they shouldn’t treat you like you’re going to steal something and all you did was walk...

Nylie or whatever the shift leader was had a nasty attitude and desperately needs training on customer service. I watched her and her other employee allow several people that were not of color check themselves out but I being a person of color had to allow them to check me out. I have seen this several times and will no longer to give my business to this location. It’s sad because the little girl in charge looked at me when I pointed it out and said you don’t have a choice even though she allowed her friends to check themselves out. This was on 6/25 at 720 pm. And I will be calling corporate, the site manager should take a look into what she is really allowing her friends to do because she had no problem talking and smiling with them while they check...

So I had to come on here and give a review to the Five Below off of Camp Creek. They were amazing and helping me find the item that I was looking for it just so happened that I was looking for one of those viral TikTok mirrors that Five Below was selling and it was frequently out of stock Michael Barnes and his associates work well together and making sure that I knew when it restocked or if it didn’t restock, as if there were alternatives, that was satisfied my needs. He continuously kept me in the loop 100% so that I can get the item that I wanted. thank you thank you so much for your time your patience and dedication to make me a happy customer.
