[Update: September 4, 2020. So I decided to give them another opportunity to increase their rating since complaining to corporate. They are still up to their same shenanigins. Their door signs indicate they open at 10:30a. When I arrived at 11a, there was another customer already waiting and had been there 20 minutes or so. He indicated that no one came out to let him know when they would open. Someone finally came at 11:20a and opened the door. Of course all of the food wasn't ready again. I don't know why I even bothered. The food is okay once the are able to serve you, but don't bother going before 12 noon!] Another disappointing day at this location. I may come about once a month to this location and there is always a problem. It ranges from not opening on time to not having the food ready when it does open. Then there is the broken equipment from the drink machine to the grill. Today was the trifecta! They are supposed to open at 11a. At 11:10a somebody finally poked their head out to say they are sorry for the delay, but it will be about another 15 minutes. Some of their equipment was down and they couldn't make all of the entrees. At 11:30a, somebody else poked their head out and said that now there system is down and they are on the phone with tech support trying to fix it. At 11:35a, original person comes back out, finally opens the store and proceeds to announce that the grill is broken and they will be out of teriyaki chicken all day! Now, I should interject here that I only came for the teriyaki chicken :-/ I asked the lady that made the announcement, "You couldn't have told me this at 11a?" I guess that I was the stupid one to wait 35 minutes in the first place. I just had to walk away. I completed waisted my entire lunch break waiting on them. I can now say they have consistently poor customer service, poor lack of communication skills and plenty of faulty...
Read moreI just went to this location today. The service is terrible. I don’t know why every time I go here the service is coincidentally always bad. The front line staff is always moving slow. Today the girl that’s in charge of rice and noodles messed up everyone’s order. However I blame the cook because it wasn’t any rice cooked and he was taking forever to cook it because he was busy staring at the line and constantly looking over his shoulder. The other cook kept playing in the freezer. And the rest of the girls on the front line was all having attitudes. The thing they all lacked was communication. No one stated to customers they their waiting for rice. They just put the meat on plate and looked around at each other. I had to find out that the cook was making rice from another customer that was in front of me sitting at the table waiting. They got his order wrong because the girl in charge of rice is putting meat or noodles on people plate and sliding it down the line with writing on the lids and have orders boxed and stacked up waiting for rice. Every time I come to this locations it’s always something going on. The little Asian/Chinese girl that was cashiering really saved the day. Because the girl name Lilly (I think she has wears glasses) was so busy with a attitude walking back and forth failing to atleast acknowledge or inform her customers of what’s going on. Smh the only reason why I come here is because I work locally. Luckily I had enough time to eat for my hour break. Cause I was in there for atleast 35...

This location like others can and will almost always be busy, and will always have a long line. That being said, I walked in to start my wait in line. I don't mind waiting in line, but as I started looking around the restaurant I noticed a sign near the cashier that read, online orders. Naturally I searched and it lead me to the Panda Express application. Order ahead, and you go pick it up and barely have to wait in that long line! The app is extremely resourceful, it includes specific menus for specific locations. You also have the option for a delayed pick up time if your planning way ahead. I love Panda Express and when I get the hankering nothing else will do, thank God I found out about the app! Go on now, get after it!
Today is Christmas, turns out this location was open and that is where I went. The customer service was superb! The employees were there on Christmas day and we're in the best spirits is ever seen out of any employee working on a holiday! Hopefully the management will take now if what great employees they're supervising and give them something that shows appreciation. I can't say that if I were working today that I would have been in a jolly mood! This location deserves more than a 3.9 star overall rating. They've never ruined it for me, the food is ALWAYS outstanding and the customer service is ALWAYS on point...
