I was staying at a hotel nearby and wanted something familiar being carrabian from NYC, took the hotel shuttle over to get food for me and my wife. There were two people taking orders and two people in the kitchen prepping food. The store had four customers either ordering or waiting including myself. I ordered ahead of someone still trying to decide. My order was simple 1 Jerk chicken with peas and rice and 1 stew chicken with peas and rice.
I looked over the loud music playing that required me to shout my order just to be heard.
I explained to the young man that the shuttle was waiting and if they could possibly place a rush on the order. 10 minutes later I asked him to check on the order, he looked up from his phone to tell me they are working as fast as they can, 5 minutes later he went back to check on my food after noticing the look on my face. 20 minutes later I recieved my order for two items that are pre made.
That was the best part of this experience. We ate our food that night. It was not the worst, but not definitely not best. We woke up the next morning and immediately regretted eating the food. We both started to experience violent diarrhea which lasted the entire day.

Read moreI recently visited Jamaican Jerk Biz restaurant with my mom, and our experience had its ups and downs. My mom loved her meal—the stew chicken with rice and peas and cabbage was flavorful and satisfying. The dish had a wonderful taste and was a hit for her.
On the other hand, I ordered the jerk salmon with double white rice. While the salmon was seasoned well and had a nice kick of authentic jerk flavor, I was disappointed with the portion size. The piece of salmon was quite small, especially considering the price I paid. Additionally, the presentation of the dish could have been better; it lacked the vibrant, appetizing look that one would expect from a restaurant.
Overall, Jamaican Jerk Biz offers tasty food, but there’s room for improvement in terms of portion size and presentation. Despite these issues, the flavors are authentic, and the restaurant...
Read moreI ordered Jerk chicken for lunch, $18.51 the jerk chicken was cold, it didn’t taste jerk and it wasn’t all the way done. The cashier was sweet and helpful however the man in back (I’m assuming an owner) he was very rude, I told him that the chicken was not falling off the bone and a little undone, he then proceeded to ask all of the patrons in the sitting area, if they had an issue, and then told me i could get my money back and eat elsewhere, I asked for a replacement he said no. He said I’m not offering you anything else, he was nasty in his delivery and refused to give me my full refund, when i kept asking for my money he then said “well how you gonna get it back” im sorry sir im not about to fight a man, and I will let google know. NO FLAVOR, NICE DECOR, Oh and two drinks was $8.64 overcharging for everything and nasty ,not a good...
