Visited around 8pm on a Tuesday, September 1st.
The young women at the registrar lacks basic soft skills, infection control, and talk on the phone for sport while working.
No eye contact when welcoming or speaking to a customer; which is why it takes 6 minutes to take a simple order and the customer has to repeat themselves more than once. No active/reflective listening.
My order was on the counter behind them ready to be bagged and rung up but of course they didn’t know bc they didn’t check, let alone turn around to see what orders were ready anyway . I sat there to give them the BOD but ended up giving the BOD for more than 4 minutes lol my food was warm still though.
After touching/rearranging the counter and not sanitizing her hands the young lady opens my order to show me my food but her thumbs were on my fries. (didn’t eat them) and while checking out she’s on the phone talking: “i’m talking to a customer right now but yeah..” and continued conversation.
not mad at the young women at all .. the manager is failing them. teach them how to present themselves professionally if they are going to be right at the front. They can take some real experience to their next gig if they broaden their people skills and social intelligence.

Read moreI had Jonathan Cunningham for my real estate broker he do not return phone calls you do not return emails so my review with real house solution I give him a zero because I had put in an application for a house in Atlanta I waited about 3 to 4 weeks to hear back from them I send all my paperwork to them I called that Friday you see what the update on the application and the operator said that she was going to put a note in but Jonathan Cunningham to call back so he didn't never ever call back he didn't never text back so that Monday I called them and the operator said oh he choose someone else for the house they should have been had told me that so now house I put another bed in for a house with Jonathan Cunningham it's been 3 weeks again I haven't heard back from this man I text him I call his phone his voicemail this tired all up so he time I text him he'll get a quicker response yeah right I haven't got a response yet so me personally I get them a zero they need to find some new Brokers and father one they have I see they get a lot of bad reviews so y'all need to step your game up with y'all brokers people not going to use you to buy houses or nothing else so you know what I'm going to give y'all a...
Read moreBEWARE OF ROACHES !!!!! I frequent this place as their wings are delicious. However, I placed an order on Sunday around 4pm. Unfortunately I was unable to retrieve the food on Sunday (even though I paid) because they close at 6pm and I had a crisis so when I returned Monday to either beg a refund or simply the good I already paid for the cashier told me since the manager was there she couldn’t help me. It was 12pm lunch time on a Monday why is the manager not there. When I asked if she could give him a call she said she didn’t have his number. So you’re just in the store with no sort of supervision or support and this cashier was obviously not equipped to handle situations by herself in the store. To add to this as me and the cashier were having a very rude exchange A ROACH BEGAN TO RUN ACROSS THE COUNTER. as I was leaving I mentioned how it was crazy to me that I couldn’t get a refund or my food even though the establishment had roaches.
