the employees were very nice and the place was clean but i was painfully injected with multiple needles with over an entire bag of lidocaine on both armpits just to find out it was the wrong lidocane (missing epinephrin). so all that painful injecting was for nothing and now i needed more. the doctor apologized and i was told i could go home and re schedule or i could go through with the procedure with less numbing than normal and feel some burning pain. i already asked off work and drove from a whole other state in intense traffic and my armpits already went through so much stabbing and burning because they had already started the procedure. he said he’d give me the second treatment free of charge for his mistake. the whole thing was really upsetting but i decide to just suffer through it not knowing that having such an intense amount of lidocaine injected was going to cause my arms to swell up like baseball sized lumps and i cant even put my arms down because of the pain and swelling. then after i was done with this whole painful ordeal i was told by the same doctor never mind on the free procedure he just offered :) because i decided to stay and suffer through it. but he’d give me a discount? cool….should have specified that when i said yes to continuing the procedure, that you were receding your offer. i wasn’t going to get it again regardless, but that was a interesting way to go about things. felt like he didn’t feel bad at all and didn’t offer much for making such a mistake. asked if i was okay to go to work the next day and was told yes…. and i wasn’t …which caused me to have to take off work yet again. i bought a promotional deal for this but i saved up for it and i hope it at least works because i never want to go through this again. my armpits feel traumatized and i feel sad it happened this way because i was excited and i never get treatments like this. but i don’t trust a doctor that offers things then takes it back after the fact….after making me go through unnecessary pain caused by your negligence with such an expensive treatment even with the promotional value. thats a-lot to spend for a normal person. please do better.
(reply to the business reply) 1) you did not specify the free treatment was only if i didnt do the treatment that day. you just said you feel bad and the second treatment is free. then you backtracked after the treatment was done. 2) why did you tell me i was okay to go to work if such extreme swelling is so normal. i literally couldn’t put my arms down. and as much as you say that was a normal dose you know thats not true. my swelling is worse than usual due to being stuck with like 15 needles for no reason. that was...
Read moreVery nice place and friendly staff. Good prices and doctor was very nice while I was there BUT unfortunately, I can not give more then one star when I look like a freak after my dysport injections. I went there for 60 units from a Groupon special but ended up getting 123 units. The most I ever got. Usually get 84 units the most on my forehead but doctor said it's not alot and thats what I needed and it won't be a problem. Well, 3 days later, my left eye was half opened and now after 7 days completely closed and I can not see out of it. I contacted office right away. Doctor did video call next morning expressing this is a complication that haa happened to 1 out of every 500 patients and it was not his fault. I demanded a refund and he did refund my money but has not taken any responsibility and said I knew the risks and signed disclosure. He prescribed me eye drops to help but doesn't help much and said to use back of vibrating toothbrush on eyebrow but this could last 3 or 4 months. I have been getting dyport or botox for the last 8 years and this has never happened. I looked into this further and it's called ptosis which is caused by too much or injection too low on the brow which caused it to migrate into my eyelid muscle. I'm a absolutely horrified and don't even want to look in the mirror. My job is mostly driving and I can not drive like this. I emailed him again explaining this is very upsetting and if he can please do something and his response was cold and arrogant with no remorse that he has messed up my life for the next few months. Hopefully, no one else will have the...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a Groupon and I let them know on the phone that this is a Groupon. When I got to the facility they told me it will not be accepted since I purchased a Groupon for a different service and they told me to wait. They made me wait 30 mins just to tell me I would have to pay 150 for the service . They have no respect for your time and they will scam to get you to pay more. Don’t make the same mistake and waste your time like I did
Update in response to owner: what you are describing is what SHOULD of happened. I let your office staff (Victoria) know ahead of time that this is a Groupon and furthermore, Groupon shows that it can be purchased two more times (this is how I was even able to purchase a Groupon after having a different service). After the front desk told me that I can’t use it, she proceeded to tell me to wait until the esthetician come speak to me. I again told her I don’t want to wait if they will not honor the Groupon and again Victoria said, “yes she will speak to you”. After another 25 mins after that, Sabrina tells me to pay the extra fee to have the service done. It is one thing to waste someone’s time but to continue to waste their time in hopes that they will pay the additional charge is a whole different kind of disrespect.. Also, Sabrina told me I would have a call back from the doctor to address this and of course it’s not a surprise that a call back was not done by anyone. You have no idea how to...
