I placed an online order but accidentally placed it at the wrong Taco Bell. The ladies at the front were all so helpful in trying to get me to cancel my order and when they were not successful they just made the order for me which was very nice. I took my order and once I got home I smelled beef in my order. I immediately took my order back so they can remake it. When I gave it to the lady (I think she was the manager) she started going through the bag to make sure I wasn’t lying. Then she proceeds to tell me that there’s no beef in my order. I showed her the big piece of meat that was right on top of the burrito where I placed it for her to see. Then she proceeded to playing with the meat in her hands and sniff it as if I was lying to her. Then she tells me “I knew the minuted I gave you your food that you were going to come back” you’ve been back a few times before. Yes you know me. Because I eat here all the time! But the fact you only know me because I bring things back is ridiculous! That means you guys aren’t doing your jobs right. No Taco Bell gives me free food. I pay for it and therefore want what I ordered instead of being told “ we only put one scoop of beans, 4 fingers of lettuce and 2 fingers of cheese” or “I knew you were going to come back” not saying that it’s their mistake. They definitely want you to spend your money for just a bare tortilla for sure! These places have got to get better. They got a 2 rating because the initial niceness but that went down fast! Try...
Read moreNumerous mistakes in my order, and the food didn’t taste very fresh either.
I ordered Baja Blast, got plain Mountain Dew. They didn’t even acknowledge the change in my order, only when I brought it up did they say that Baja Blast apparently wasn’t working right now.
Paid extra for Yellowbird dip for my nacho fries, they gave me regular cheese. No mention of the change from them, and I’m out the extra money I paid.
Specifically went to Taco Bell to get the Yellowbird nacho fries meal, and it came with no Yellowbird sauce on it. If I had known it wasn’t going to have the Yellowbird sauce I would have never ordered it.
Beefy five layer burrito was somehow missing sour cream. EDIT: turns out there was a small amount of sour cream all the way at one end of the burrito, so I guess technically not forgotten, although pretty disappointing to eat a dry burrito and then get to the end to find a mouthful of sour cream and nothing else. On a different note, I’m not sure if there were even beans on the burrito. They need to work on how they prepare their food.
Hugely disappointed with this location, I’ll stick to driving further away to the...
Read moreBelieve the one start reviews!!!! Im almost convinced that most positive reviews must be people the franchise owners know or the staff. Because there’s no way. They are eating five stars.
We ordered mobile. Waited 20 minutes for the order. Food was either luke warm or cold. $50 order shoved into one bag, crushing some of the tacos. Chalupas were either stale and hard as rocks or too soft as if not toasted at all. Baja blasts we got are diet not regular, you can taste the artificial sweetener. A taco is so soggy it fused to the paper. I asked for a refund, they told me to contact the app but also told me that they made it fresh themselves. So if THIS is fresh, then we won’t be returning. They definitely don’t have enough staff and are trying to skimp on labor and then they fake the drive through times by asking people to park in the HANDICAP parking. Definitely will requesting a refund and...
