I wrote a glowing review a few months ago but today was a rude experience. I went in for pita bread, then ended up seeing some cool things like ghee which I thought would be great to get. I ended up grabbing about 5 other items. Somehow my total was $60. So I said āactually Iām sorry can I take a few things out, I didnāt plan to spend that much, sorry about thatā. I actually said sorry and was super polite. No line or customer behind me mind you. The cashier took items off with a horrible energy and vibe. As I packed my remaining item she said ānext time you check pricesā. Which was so rude after I just swiped my card and spent money in your store. I felt like returning the whole lot and going across the street to ShopRite! Had my toddler not been waiting for me I would have. I know at least there theg so take items off with zero attitude. You just lost a potential loyal & repeat customer Iām afraid. Hope they do better as that was unpleasant to experience after I spent my hard earned money...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been shopping at Grand Bazaar for a while, and itās always been my go-to place for authentic Indian products.
The store has an incredible variety of Indian groceries, from regional spices to snacks, and Iām always able to find traditional items like basmati rice, masalas, pickles, and fresh Indian vegetables.
The quality of fresh produce like curry leaves, okra, and paneer is excellent, and they always seem to restock items regularly.
The staff is always ready to help and answer questions, and they often suggest new products that I hadnāt tried before.
The store is always clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I need.
The location is easy to access, and they have plenty of parking, which makes shopping hassle-free.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreDefinitely avoid items at the fresh food counter, they are neither fresh nor good quality. See photos attached. Bajra roti was stale and he didnāt even take it back, replace it or offered a return. I also tried their bread pakora and gajar ka halwa- god knows what they add in their halwa it felt like sugar with some frozen carrot pieces in between. Yuck! And the worst part- there are no dates on the items in fresh food counter- why? Bcoz they are always pre made and sold later as fresh. Itās a common practice to put a date - either when was it made or fresh until - but no dates...
