iFixandRepair - East Stroudsburg Walmart — Attraction in East Stroudsburg

I’m honestly really frustrated with this place. I dropped my phone at the gym and got it fixed the same day for $169. Not the cheapest, but I was fine with it because Habib seemed helpful and even gave me a screen protector.

Not even a week later, the screen started acting up — brightness and saturation were changing on their own. I went back, saw the same guy, and suddenly he tells me there’s nothing he can do. Then a few days later, dead pixels started showing up and I noticed the screen wasn’t even glued on properly. The top of my phone was lifting.

I came back again and paid $150 for the “premium” iPhone 15 Pro Max screen from Noor. He was nice and I appreciated his help. But literally the next day, I dropped my phone on carpet from less than a foot off the ground — and the screen cracked. That’s ridiculous. For something that’s supposed to be premium quality, it clearly isn’t. They told me I had to pay again.

Also, the store wasn’t even open during posted hours when I came by at 11:34 AM. Emdee wasn’t helpful at all, and I was quoted one price over the phone but charged another in person. The lack of consistency and accountability is just disappointing.

This place is AMAZING. I accidentally cracked my MacBook screen and it made it discolored and streaky. I tried calling multiple places, one place quoted me more than $1,000 for a repair, and Best Buy geek squad would not even answer the phone. Bestbuy would have also taken a long time to repair. I came to this place, and they did an amazing job. It took less than 24 hours to get my laptop repaired. As a college student, my laptop is essential and I had it back in less than a day. It cost around $600 dollars, which is a lot but it is a better price than most places, they were super quick, and did an excellent job. Abi is a great guy and very friendly he was very helpful and deserves a lot of recognition. The location of their shop may catch you off guard, but DO NOT let it deter you from coming here. I HIGHLY recommend this place for any repairs...

This place was incredible fixed my partners A 15 Samsung Galaxy Just got 135$ the screen was cracked, and now the screen looks good as new and they were even willing to work with me because I'm really broke in inflation lol , but that's cool I'm still happy for the small stuff. however then my girlfriend forgot her password , so I contacted them and they factory reset the phone through the phones reboot process when it's on a black screen we had trouble doing that ourselves through YouTube tutorials but these guys are amazing and they don't even speak English as well and handled their business and our time with efficiency and care. Any business that works well for low class people is amazing in my opinion, the fact they were willing to wait until I got paid 3 weeks later is incredible highly recommend for broken...
