No star would be better, I went into this new place to try it on Saturday with my cousin and no one is in the front to welcome you. I had to go around the bend of the wall to ask if they had any opening for two pedicures and one sns and one acrylic filling.. the women said yes we have time had one women stop working on someone’s nails and get a bowl to soak my cousins nails.. which sns is supposed to be with the foil wrap to remove the old sns product, well it was a horrible experience I stood next to my cousin for a good half hour and I was like y’all are super busy only one person spoke broken English and she tells me I have to sit down I looked around and said where she said in hallway! I said there’s no room you had a women sitting down eating in the front with her kids, someone came in for a massage and the same women who helped my cousin gets up to give a massage. The thing is if your busy tell your customers instead of ignoring them I told my cousin after 45 mins of soaking her nails and her fingers being pruney that we were done! I see all the ratings of this place being good but I guess you have to experience it for your self! I walked out and will never go back, only went here because my cousin was in a rush and wanted to try it Because of the rating.. but I will stick to pro nail spa...

There are recent poor reviews here. I witnessed the last two ladies in the shop. Have you ever saw someone who you knew just wasn't going to be pleased, no matter what.... and you knew they were going to give management a hard time about paying their bill? The type of women who need custom service, nod their heads and say everything is good.... until the end? and then don't want to pay because they're not 100% satisfied? 2 Friends coming in at the same time..... not satisfied.... Coincidence? or a scam? The techs tried to re-do their nails. But these ladies were "in a rush" and had to leave. No time to fix, so they're not paying! Tension was high. Ladies voices got loud.

I've known these techs for years. Does it go right in any business 100% of the time? Never... but it's all in the presentation and how you treat others. Some people going in know they're not going to be happy. I've always had a good experience at Beauty Nails along with many of my friends, co-workers and hundreds of others.

Came here to get my nails done for a last minute event I’m attending this weekend. I usually go to my local nail tech I found on instagram (@nailedbyjuul), but I figured it was too last minute and she wouldn’t have any open spot for me. I went in to this salon with no hopes and expectations, but to at least get something simple and decent. I asked for a classic soft pink French acrylic set medium length and received this. The only good thing I can say about this set was the color is exactly what I wanted but the shape and drawing of the design is horrendous. This is why I go to licensed nail techs with their own small businesses in the area where I’d rather pay more for better quality, style and cleanliness. Not only that, the guy that did my nails cut my skin at least 4 times while filing/drilling causing me to bleed a little. There is also still a gap he left so I would come back sooner… I also felt extremely rushed during my visit and I had to tell him a couple times that the nail was too thick and to please file down more and he barely fixed it.
