I recently had a disappointing experience at TJ Maxx with the cashier Claudia. From the moment I approached the counter, she had a negative attitude and seemed to be upset when I added one more item to my shopping check out. She was very sarcastic and it was clear that she did not enjoy her work.
To make matters worse, Claudia was incredibly slow at scanning my items. She scanned one item and then proceeded to ignore the rest of the items that were clearly on the counter. I had to remind her multiple times to scan the remaining items, which was frustrating and time-consuming.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Claudia at TJ Maxx. Her negative attitude, sarcasm, and slow pace made for a less than pleasant shopping experience. I hope that management addresses this issue so that other customers do not have to endure the...

The cashier Farahana was so rude and deceitful because she gave me such an unpleasant time in front of other customers, she asked me annoyed what type of card I had in my hand and when she saw it she told me that she could not accept the discount card from my relative who works at TJ Maxx. She told me that she had received instructions from managers not to receive that card and when I asked her to speak to the manager, the cashier next to her solved the problem by telling her that she had to accept my discount card.
