I recently had the pleasure of indulging in a culinary feast at this remarkable restaurant, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. Not only did they offer an unlimited lunch buffet for a mere $20, but they also added delightful samosas, spring rolls with coconut chutney, and vibrant green mint and coriander chutney to the already impressive lineup. With Jayeshbhai's impeccable service, my dining experience reached new heights of excellence.
Let's start with the food. The array of dishes available in the buffet was simply astounding. The three Punjabi vegetarian curries were bursting with authentic flavors, each one a masterpiece on its own. The jira rice perfectly complemented the curries, while the papad added a delightful crunch to the meal. The butter naan and roti were irresistibly soft and served piping hot. And now, with the addition of samosas and spring rolls, accompanied by the tantalizing coconut chutney, the buffet became even more enticing. The crispy samosas, with their savory filling, and the delightful spring rolls, served with the aromatic coconut chutney, were delightful additions to the already impressive spread. The green mint and coriander chutney added a refreshing burst of flavors that elevated every bite. And of course, the masala dosa, a true South Indian specialty, was a crispy, flavorful delight.
However, it wasn't just the exceptional food that made this dining experience outstanding. Jayeshbhai, the staff member attending to the guests, was a true gem. From the moment I arrived, his warm and welcoming demeanor put me at ease. He provided attentive service, ensuring that I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal to the fullest. Jayeshbhai's knowledge of the dishes, including their ingredients and preparation methods, was impressive. He was more than willing to offer recommendations and answer any questions I had, making my dining experience even more enjoyable.
Moreover, the ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, with comfortable seating and tasteful decor that created a pleasant atmosphere. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were exemplary, which is particularly important in a buffet setting.
In conclusion, this restaurant is a culinary paradise that caters to all your senses. The unlimited lunch buffet, with its wide range of Punjabi vegetarian curries, jira rice, papad, butter naan or roti, masala dosa, samosas, spring rolls, and the divine trio of coconut chutney, green mint, and coriander chutney, is an absolute steal at just $20. With Jayeshbhai's exceptional service and genuine care for the guests, the entire dining experience was elevated to a whole new level. If you are a lover of Indian cuisine or simply seeking an unforgettable dining adventure, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit to relish more of their mouthwatering dishes and enjoy the impeccable hospitality provided...
Read moreHonest Restaurant in Windsor, NJ, provided me with an interesting experience that left me with mixed feeling.
The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Bahubali sandwich, which I would rate as a solid 7. It’s packed with layers of flavors and ingredients, truly a feast in its own right. The interplay of various textures and spices was commendable, making each bite an adventurous journey for the taste buds. If you’re someone with a hearty appetite go for it.
On the flip side, the Pav Bhaji didn’t quite live up to the high expectations I had. While it possessed the right flavors, the overall execution fell a bit short, particularly in the context of the bread’s texture and taste. It left me with a feeling of just being okay. There’s room for improvement to truly make this dish shine.
The service at Honest Restaurant was friendly, although it was quite crowded, likely due to the weekend rush. One minor issue I encountered was that the take-out packaging caused the sandwich’s middle to become slightly soggy while leaving the edges crisp. Additionally, I found the absence of green chutney disappointing, as it would have elevated the overall sandwich experience, given the Mumbai street food vibe.
In summary, for those seeking an adventurous sandwich experience, the Bahubali sandwich at Honest Restaurant is a must-try. However, it’s important to note that the Pav Bhaji didn’t quite meet my expectations, with room for improvement, particularly regarding the bread’s...

Last 2 visit of us was the things we want to forget very soon, as if we keep thinking it will blow our head,
Few items like bhelpuri is quite okay, But but but friends be brave and order only and only if your stomach is already full, as 3/4 th of the plate you will not be able to even think of eating, for eg we order paneet chili gravy but it was so called paneer chilli soup, as few paneer pieces was floating in red water, It wil be better if restaurant change the name of the dish to paneer in red water
Also we ordered veg fried rice with Manchurian , but it came as few very hard and dry and fridged stored rock hard smallest diced pieces of Manchurian in fried rice and you will need courage to eat that Manchurian
Ordered masala dosa, Served thick , non crispy dosa No salt in bhaji or chutney Very disappointing dish
So request for restaurant to revisit their dishes , rectify the error so people will not feel cheated, as this will not go in long way.
For dinners just be careful while selecting the dishes as you may have to come back home empty stomach and prepare khichdi at home for the same.
Maybe our last visit and maybe we have to start searching for new...
