I would give 0 stars if I could!
We ordered Gobi Manchurian and Veg Biriyani. The fact that the tables were not crowded on a Sunday evening should have been a give away, but I still wanted to give this place a chance. The Gobi manchurian came pretty fast,. It was crispy, but smelled too much of ketchup. Not the way I like it, but still pretty common for restaurants to make it that way.
We waited for about 30 minutes for our Biriyani to come. and it wasn't even worth the wait. There were 2 people doing the waiting AND manning the phones/billing/taking orders. The disgusting part was this waiter dude who kept wiping the sweat off his forehead with his fingers and using the same hand (without gloves) to bring food. At one point, I even saw him wipe his nose.Yuck!! There was shouting coming from the kitchen and every time the kitchen door was opened, all I could see was how dirty the whole kitchen was. The floor of the seating area was also super dirty. I dont think they ever clean the place.
The food came after about 30 minutes. It was just a bunch of colored rice with some vegetables that I could not even identify! The food was horrid, did not even smell like a biriyani. I barely had 2 spoons! The waiter did not even ask us how the food was. They did not come by with the bill. We had to go over to the reception desk to pay since I just wanted to get out of that place.
Another annoying thing was why have 3 TVs with a movie running in it? That is a gripe I have with a lot of these places. Are we that stupid that we cannot even entertain ourselves while we are eating?
These people are never getting my...

Shockingly hotel manager called me after I reported the issue over phone. and he apologized for the whole mess up. I convinced with his message and sorry. It was a human mistake. They not only apologized for the mistake, they refunded my bill 100%.
This courtesy call and damage control measure taken by the hotel manager triggered me to update the review.
———————-initial review———————— We had a very bad experience with this place. This is the worst Indian restaurant in this neighborhood.
We ordered two veg Biryani’s for Togo and ordered 1 hr ahead. They packed and written as Veg Biryani but when we opened the parcel at home, both of them were Chicken Biryanis.
We called them and informed the situation, they said sorry and offered the replacement. We asked them to give us what we ordered, they said OK and asked what spicy level we want, we said MEDium.
We returned that Chciken Biryani and took the veg Biryani but the spicy level turned to Be HIGh, too spicy to eat. We had to throw the food.
I don’t recommend this place because of 1 reason they didn’t take the order properly and...
Read moreWe used to order from here frequently, mostly just butter chicken and a random appetizer. We actually have ordered the namesake of the restaurant, biryani and we thought it was a joke. It had lackluster flavor and very little meat. There was an odd sauce on the side almost like a curry, but the point of the biriyani is that the flavor is cooked into the rice not poured over. The most egregious offense which has led to this one star review was the murg malai kabab from the tandoor and grill part of their menu. This SHOULD be a dry dish with hefty pieces of chicken marinated grilled and whitish in color. What we received was an inedible soupy of mess of small pieces of chicken pinkish (the outside color, the chicken was overcooked) in color, in some undiscernible curry with carrots and cabbage. It was absolutely atrocious, and not what we ordered at all. Thankfully this order was placed through a delivery app for pickup so we did receive a refund, but we will never...
