Read moreI placed an order for a game ninja turtles I pre order it and pay it all in full and I never got a call when to pick up my game and now my game was sold to someone else because I didn't pick it up. But game stop always told me I would be notified when the game arrived and I waited ,and waited,and waited and no call or a text . Now they don't even have the game In Stock that I pre order it way before the game was even released. Why is this happening this is the worst customer service experience I received at a Gamestop. I also try calling daily to see if the game.had arrived and no one would picked up the phone. The phone line was always busy...I got lucky today Saturday December 17, 2022 someone actually picked up the phone and now I have to wait until corporate solves my situation. I honestly don't recommend this location. If your thinking of pre ordering your games don't do it 😑 because you will never get them or your copy of the game that you pay for will be lost ..or even worst it will be put up for salw again to someone else because you were never notified to pick up your game and now is sold to another person after you paid for it. Read moreFirst off, store supposed to open at 11 am according to the physical store hours, Yelp shows 10 am and needs to change it to 11 am. The lazy employee named "Lucky" with a ring nose came in late and opened store at 11:30 am, people waiting outside and says he needs 10 minutes, he took 20 minutes instead. I go in and ask if the shipment of these new card boxes came in, he said he has nothing in the back, I go to Buffalo Wild Wings nearby and came back 12:45 pm or so, asked if the shipment came in for these cards and said he's the only there and cannot go to the back to check for the cards and said a lot of boxes are there in the back to open, and to come back after 3 pm when someone else comes in, after stating there was nothing there earlier, while giving a nasty attitude being so rude about it.
