Regal Edwards Eastvale Gateway — Attraction in Eastvale

This is going to a long one.

1st: medium popcorn and drink $30 ridiculous pricing. 2nd: The seats are uncomfortable probably need to be updated. 3rd: The movie start time was at 9:40 but we had to sit through 30 minutes of ad’s and movie previews. The movie didn’t actually start until 10:10. I’ve never experienced 30 minutes of commercials at a movie theatre before… strange it just kept going. 4: After the movie was over walked out to a popcorn floor. Food wrappers and just a dirty floor. No employees to be seen. Also, no employees at the food counter as well. Seemed like we were the only people left in the movie theatre. 5: This movie theatre seems to be a hangout spot for teenagers which is fine I guess if they pick up after themselves. 6: This was my first time here and my last unfortunately. My recommendation for people coming here for the first time don’t leave your house or wherever you are until the start time of the movie. Don’t rush to get your popcorn or other things. I would wait at least 25 minutes so you only maybe have 5 minutes of commercials.

This used to always be my go to theatre as it was always clean and had all the newest movie showings. I went last weekend to see the nightmare before Christmas in 3d and the entire movie was so blurry it kinda ruined it. I Tried watching with and without the glasses and either way it was just blurry the whole movie so that was a waste and my other issue is that They weren't playing any of the new movies on the weekend they were only showing them Mon-Thurs which makes no sense to me so on the weekend Fri-Sun they only had 2 old movies available so I'm very confused as to why I could not get tickets for a new movie on a weekend. It's kinda weird too how there is no person at the front windows that u buy tickets from anymore u just use the kiosk or sometimes there is a person at the concession stand u can get tickets from but have to pick ur seat ahead of time now which is weird but the stand itself is clean and well stocked. Also, we were the only ones in the entire theatre not just for the movie we were seeing but both movies showing at the time were completely empty which my daughter thought was kinda cool but it's sad to me but I guess what can I expect when there r no movie options to...

Four of us went to see the Rise of Skywalker on opening night (Thu Dec 19). I waited in the concession line for 20 minutes even though there were only 4 people ahead of me. Then, five minutes into the movie the screen went dark for a few minutes. I could handle all that but the inexcusable part of the experience was that there was a MASSIVE dent almost exactly in the middle of the screen that could not be ignored. It cast a shadow every time the screen was anything but black. How can you allow a movie to be shown on that screen? It was almost a constant distraction. I’ll remember that screen every time I see a movie. After the movie, I went to the customer service desk, where others were waiting also to voice their displeasure. I waited several minutes but no manager ever showed up and we were tired and disgusted. I told some others there to let the manager know, if he ever showed up, that 4 more people wanted to complain but got tired of...
