aside from the fact that they do not have grey poupon, the CT is a great place for tables. the variety is limited to a modular design that can scale to size by simply pushing the edge of one table up against the edge of another.
the staff has accommodated two basic configurations of this, thus creating a simple yet helpful display for you to put a tray on. during peak hours, you can usually find food on those same trays which is generally excellent, but don't beg anyone's pardon, they do not have grey poupon.
a better title for this venue would be community table and tray, and even though all of the trays are the same design and color, each one has a variety of sections allowing for all sorts of other dishes to fit nicely on top. some people prefer to skip the additional dishes altogether which cuts down greatly on the number of gallons of water needed to clean up after everyone is done. (as a fan, I'm doing my own analysis as to whether this reduces the workload of dirty dishes also, but I wouldn't bet money on my results since there are many factors involved)
