Very, Very UnProfessional Staff and Way of Operations at this One Store in Edgewood. I Paid a little over $400.00 on August 1st for two different Suits of Appliances/Furniture. I was then told they had to Order/Get it from their Warehouse, but Wouldn't be able to be delivered for a Entire Week and a day Later after I had already paid for my Merchandise.
On top of it all they had all the Documents/Paperwork all messed up, so I could not Sign Prior to leaving the store on the 1st. So they Promised to have the Furniture delivered on the following Friday, between 3-7pm. I told the Staff prior I had a Doctor's Appt and that I would be pushing it late towards 4pm at Minimum.
They said they took note of that, then they call me on the phone from the store at exactly 3:40pm, and said the Truck is out front of your Residence and is waiting on you. I then explained I was about 15 minutes from my House and needed them to Please wait for me and I would hurry as fast as possible to get there. They then said alright we will let the delivery Personnel know, as well they will call you in 15 more minutes to see where your at. And that was Fine, but prior to that the Delivery Personnel never called my Personal Cell not once like they had the Day Prior when they delivered the First set of Appliances. Which was Greatly Appreciated, but not only did they not wait the full 15-20 minutes for me on this Friday late afternoon, they decided to leave a Note on the Door and Quickly Left my Residence without Calling me or anything to Complete the rest of their deliveries for the day.
Then I called back to Speak with the Supervisor/Manager who was very un-Helpful, and she tried to say they may be able to Fit you into the End of their deliveries..... I Felt that since I had already Paid For my Merchandise/Product almost two whole weeks Prior, you would've thought I should've Received my Merchandise NO Matter what by the end of Friday or Early Saturday Morning.
Then On-Top of it all it took the Supervisor/Manager a very Long Time to Fix My Refund/Return for the Monetary Funds I had already Paid Prior since she said the best they could do is to Re-Schedule the dekivery of my Merchandis the Following Friday Another week later which would have put it towards 3-Whole Weeks Prior to me receiving my Paid for Goods??? Very Bad Business, Terrible Operation, Horrible Time-Management, and Very, Very UnProfessional Staff working at that Company store in Edgewood!!! Hopefully No other Customers go thru what I had to...
Read moreThings were fine up until I got the portable ac unit. The delivery drivers were rude bring that. Then when I ordered my refrigerator I had the same delivery drivers but this time they told me that they refused to deliver my item because Maliq was allergic to cats. How is this your job profession. No one said anything or gave me time to put my cats & new born kittens up. The broke the fridge shelf guards and left it dirty that I had to wipe it down before I put food in it.
Reached out to the store Morgan answered the phone acting like she’s the manager told me the manager Berny didn’t exist then when I told her he told my friend to have me call. Then he was “busy” and would call me back. Never heard from him. During a mix up with my car note I called to rectify the issue. Morgan calls later to tell me that since I can’t afford the items I might as return them and try again later when I have more money. Talking to me like they have to constantly call me in the last year to make a payment. This was the first and only issue I had. I asked for the manager. Again I was told berny was unavailable he’d call be back that day. 2 weeks and no call.
I called corporate to talk to someone about the disrespectful and dismissive attitudes. Corporate dismissed me and had berny call me. Spoke with him he said he would put in for a replacement shelf for my fridge. That was over a month ago. No update on that. No replacement. He told me he runs the store and he has the last say so in any issues. Yet I’ve gotten several calls from MORGAN which I said I don’t not want calls from her. And then again today from David about my leases. Well if you’re going to be selective about handling customer issues and concerns imma be selective with my money and we both can sit here ticked off with our problems together.

Read moreI have been leasing a washer and gas dryer set for over a year. I recently moved and although they said they just needed to know the new address, they were happy to help when I said I need assistance moving the set.
The people they sent were amazing! Very courteous and kind, funny and so helpful. I couldn't get the nuts off for the tubes on the washer and they didn't mind, did it quickly and when they got them off, they skillfully got them up the stairs (steep, narrow basement stairs which is why I needed help) and followed me to my new place down the road.
They were also very respectful about closing the door behind them (I have a cat) and quickly got the set down the stairs (same lay out as my old place, very narrow basement stairs) and set up my washer, testing to make sure it was done right.
I work in customer service, have for years and I know better than most what bad, good and great customer service is. I'm pretty strict with grading customer service, but they were truly great! They seemed to enjoy their job no matter how exhausting it must be and genuinely happy to help.
Don't let corporate Aaron's customer service scare you off, I have not had a bad experience with this store yet and am happy to keep leasing. I just ordered a new couch from this store solely because of their service when I could have bought one...
