Sami is a lovely person, his prices are great and gets the job done fast. Those are the kind things that I can say. Wearing a mask as a chin strap does not count as wearing a mask, why wear one at all Sami? We brought him men’s Gucci flip flops that needed to be re-sold he said he would glue with the best glue in the world. The glue not so good as the entire middle is separated when they are flexing. The next pair men’s Gucci suede loafers they also needed to be re-soled but he again suggested glue, these actually seem ok, however the will need to be re-soled, this was just a quick fix not a true repair. The last pair ladies Chanel riding boots one of the partial heels came off, he showed the material to fix and I approved. He ended up replacing both heels, without asking. I’m sure it was so they would match, if the job was done right they would have matched. The rubber sticks out from the heels all the way around. This is not a cobbler, who has worked with $$$$ shoes/boots. He charged $42.00 total, we paid $60.00 cash as fast job, dropped of Saturday and picked up Monday morning. I guess we got what...

I will recommend this Shoe repair store to everyone, Sami is a master of his trade,him and his wife run the store,(mostly him)and Sami with 50 years of experience, knowing the traditional way to handling leather is a professional on whatever you ask him to do,from shoes to leather vest he is definitely the best!,a blast from the past for sure, he is the most knowledgeable and the most experienced shoe repair technician and leather handler in the whole state. Make sure to ask with specific details,like if you want a different color of string. When it comes to patches he uses the best string out there,used to do leather straps. On top of that after I came to pick up my vest he was eating and offered me food too, he even fed me and talked positive about life,on top of his work he is a angel.
