Spaulo Esthetic Salon — Attraction in Edgewood

I’d put the experience at “average”. I see all these great reviews and I’m hopeful. My last stylist ghosted me after ruining my hair with bleach and I’m looking for management with the grow out. I schedule a haircut to help me feel slightly better about the mess that’s my hair and he tells me about this great treatment they have that will keep my hair from being frizzy for 3-6 months. Great. I look horrendous and not knowing that was even an option, I’m thinking he could give that treatment but it wasn’t offered so maybe he didn’t have time. He says I can get it in 3 months with my next haircut. He proceeds to cut my hair on the Saturday evening of Memorial Day weekend and says he’s done and I’m just dumbfounded.
