I started out at this shop and the one at Waterford when I first started vaping about a year and a half ago. The staff was always super nice and knowledgeable. For anybody who is introverted there are a couple of staff members who are SUPER extrovert and will be very off putting to anybody with an introverted personality.

The place is always clean. They rock a club type of vibe with their decor, so if that is your thing you'll enjoy being inside their stores.

From what I tell they encourage hanging out inside the store. They have stools up at the counter, as it's set up like a bar, to try out your different flavors. They also have leather sofas and chairs to lounge in. While this seems nice, the problem here is that often times I'd go in and the staff would be locked in on a conversation completely unrelated to vaping and I'd have to stand around and wait for them to finish. This is either by staff who are a bit unprofessional, or those who haven't mastered pulling away from customers who don't understand that a business needs to be run.

You'll be paying a bit more for everything here, as is the case with most brick and mortar stores. Juice and gear can be found at online retailers for much, much cheaper.

While I still pop in here occasionally and will likely continue to do so, I've stopped coming here for my juice. There biggest problem is the inability to keep a solid stocked line of product. 9 times out of 10 when I go in they are either out of the flavor I want, or the nicotine % that I want. They are incredibly unreliable with this, and I suggest calling ahead before stopping in.

edit: I have decided not to ever come back here. They can not consistently stayed stocked. It happens so much to me that a staff member even commented on it, saying "i know, sorry this always seems to happen to you." Yes it does, and you've lost me business for good. i wish the business well, but i will stick to online retailers where juice is much cheaper and...

The owner doesn't care one bit about his/her customers. I GOT ROBBED. Went in to spend the little money I had on a bottle of juice. The employee accidentally gave me the wrong bottle. I ran out of juice the night before so i was eager to open my new bottle. As soon as i took a hit I realized they gave me some disgusting menthol flavor (i hadn't even tested this flavor). If you aren't familiar with a brand there is almost no way to tell the flavor without opening the bottle or looking it up online. To make a long story short they offered me 15% off on my next bottle and refused to do anything more. I can't blame the employees.. they have been good to me. I assume that it's some stingy owner not allowing them to keep customers happy. Just bought my first pack of cigarettes in months because of these guys (can't afford ejuice right now since i got robbed...

These guys are my saving grace!! I was a pack a day smoker for over 18 years, I started "vaping" on June 14th, 2012 and have not had a cigarette since. They have great offers/specials and e-cig gear. I will not shop ANYWHERE else. The staff is genuinely helpful and are not in the business to just make money, they are there to help people with the difficult transition from cigarettes. If you want to live a successful smoke free life, this is the place to start. I have tried everything from the patch, gum, medication, etc...and NOTHING worked for me. This not only gives you the nicotine your brain craves (in smaller doses) but also the oral fixation and "smoke" release you crave.
