This place is beautiful - clean; well-organized (seemingly); knowledgeable and the customer service is very patient; and decent prices. I was all set to become a life-long, loyal customer but after what happened today I will never step foot in the place again.
On the 28th of August, one week ago, I rode with my friend to Tradecraft. He was buying edibles. I think this may have been the 2nd time I went there with him. I bought nothing, but my friend needed to use my debit card to pay for his purchases. The clerk clearly saw that he was the one selecting and buying the items. As an after thought I asked my friend to buy something for me and I asked the clerk if Tradecraft had a punch card for discounts. The clerk said they had a discount card instead. My friend directed the clerk to ring up my stuff which the clerk did and he also gave my friend a Tradecraft Customer Appreciation Card (see pic). He wrote my friend's name, his (the clerk's) initials and the date, 10/28.
Cut to today. I decide to go to Tradecraft on my own and make a note to remember to ask for this discount card that my friend was given. Even though they let him use the first discount on his purchase I was prepared to have to wait until my next purchase before the card's discounts kicked in.
So they ring me up and I ask for the discount count card and they look at the register and tell me they can't give me a card because this is not my first time at the store.
I say that's true but it is my first time purchasing something.
They show me the register where I paid with a debit card on August 28th when paying for my friends stuff and his gift to me.
I tell them that it was my friend's purchase, I was only paying for it.
They say that they gave ME a card on the 28th and cannot give me another one. Ever.
I say OK, but I never received that card. The clerk gave the card to my friend and even wrote his (my friend's) name on it (see pic). So can I use his card?
They said no.
So moral of this story - shop somewhere else, somewhere where they adhere to their...
Read moreVery quiet clean store however, had an issue with a pod not working but ended up having the unfortunate experience of working with someone named Jackie, maybe a new budtender but she had a very rude attitude towards me when all I wanted was to know was if there was anything that could be done about a defective product, after I explained I made the purchase within the last few days she said there’s nothing that could be done and when I requested a manager she got very confrontational and agitated, easier to go to catalyst or og time to get treated better at least with respect when given an an issue with a bad product. Unfortunately I don’t recommend this store or perhaps this company can work on training the employees to tend to customer service rather whatever is on their personal idea on how to handle things, never been treated this bad at the other potshops but it...
Read moreBreaks my heart to leave a 1 star, the short girl was bossy and had an attitude like if i owed her something, she tried rushing me when they weren't even helping anyone. It was sad because her own coworker was just amazed by her attitude. So i asked nicely if her coworker could help me out instead and she did in which we had a good exchange of words and she got me what I needed. The security guard and I laughed it out loud on my way out because even we had a good conversation before i walked in. It sucks because the security guard was cool, but I can see why Catalyst down the street is way more pack, that in fact why I came to Tradsrecraft farms, because Catalyst was too pack. I found Tradsecraft before Catalyst and once I found Catalyst i never went back , and I see why i never came back. The pricing in there is...
