Bob-O's Family Fun Center — Attraction in El Paso

First, allow me to preface by saying that my family and myself, we are always in a perpetual search for decent, wholesome, family entertainment. That task is further complicated when you are the guardian of a special needs child.

That being said, my family made the decision to celebrate our son's 14th birthday at this establishment, and I am very pleased and happy to report that the customer service, respect, and basic civil and decent courtesy demonstrates by the employees and staff of Bob-O's, is for the lack of a better term... nothing short of PHENOMENAL!

My wife and I had reserved a room for the party, and we were essentially presented with arguably the best service that I've ever experienced in a Pizza establishment.

Our visit lasted for nearly five hours, as there was plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy. Everything from laser tag, to bumper boats, to go carts, and not to mention an amazing plethora of games.

The children were completely worn out and exhausted by the time we returned home.

Suffice it to say, I would have to confess that my family and I will absolutely return to this establishment for another fantastic day filled great times and spectacular entertainment.

Absolutely worth every penny and every moment. I honestly do not have enough positive remarks to describe this establishment.

I would personally like to express my gratitude to the Bob-O's staff. Truly a remarkable, outstanding and very professional team. I also find it fitting to take a moment to grant a special shout-out recognition to our server, Brian, who truly went the extra mile to ensure that our visit was as enjoyable and as pleasant as possible, and he did not disappoint. Brian is a true credit to his employer.

We took our five kids here, and they all had a lot of fun. Our kid's age ranges from 2-15 and there was something to do for everyone.

There are two kiddie rides that my 2 year old and 4 year old could ride themselves; the banana ride (an ariel ride that goes around in circles) and the train. My 4 year old was tall enough to ride as a passenger on the go carts, bumper boats, and a tea cup spinning type ride.

My 7 and 8 year old we're able to ride the kiddie rides, bumper boats, and mini go carts on their own as well as ride passenger on the regular go carts. They were also able to play laser tag with their dad and 15 year old brother, which they all had a blast playing.

The arcade area isn't that big, but it was clean, had some good games, and was entertaining enough. The concession was, meh; nachos, pizza, hot dogs, chips, candy, and drinks available. The pizza is just ok.

The staff was young adults, and they acted like young adults just doing they're jobs, albeit maybe doing just what they have to do and nothing more. Again though, they're young adults so I don't expect any more or less.

Overall this place provided the whole family with three hours of fun and the kids very much enjoyed it. I would make the trip to El Paso just to...

Online reservation system was great and easy to use. Setup my kid's birthday party with ease. It explained pricing and easily allowed me to preorder food, play cards, and laser tag...but when we got there, there was no signage to indicate where we were supposed to go or check in. So we asked a random person at the birthday sign up counter who just pointed to two open doors and said "the door is open". Figured out which room was ours because it had two murals instead of one, like the pictures showed... Then we waited around a bit more for our hostess to show up. She was real sweet and helpful, but she only had the play cards. We had to basically reorder everything else, so I pretty much had wasted my time using the online system. Pizza only took 30ish min to come out, but I had expected it to be at least prepped seeing as we had a reservation. Wings took almost an hour. They showed up long after the kids had left to play. Also had to take all the kids' play cards back in order to have laser tag added, when I had added it to the online cart...
