Bridal Amelia Alvillar — Attraction in El Paso

I set up an appointment about a month before and asked them if they had long sleeve bridal gowns because that is what I specifically wanted to try on. They confirmed that they did so I made an appointment at 10:00 AM. When we got there, we stood around for about 5-10 minutes without anyone greeting us even though there was 2 sales girls standing by us. When we finally got greeted and i let them know I had an appointment, they said I could look around at the dresses. I asked where the long sleeve dresses were and they said they didn't carry any. I told the girl that when I called and made the appointment I specifically asked them if they had long sleeve dresses. Her reply was that they usually just add a bolero or a jacket to the dress. That is NOT the same thing as a long sleeve dress! Needless to say I left very dissapointed and upset that I wasted time making an appointment there when I could've made one somewhere else. Employees obviously need more training in being informed on their dresses...

I was very disappointed in how I was received. I came in very excited to shop for a dress since I had previously bought a dress for my oldest daughter’s quinceañera. I didn’t even get to look because right away she said they mainly had dresses for prom so sizes 0,2, and 4. I told her, that’s a shame because there are bigger girls looking for prom dresses that are bigger than a size 2. And she said yes well these are for teenagers. I had a wonderful experience at this Bridal shop. I saw it on my way home from the grocery store on the westside. I ran in, and met Camilla who was AMAZING! I just got back into town from Europe and she helped me, we made an appointment for the next day. I went in on the next day, and we found the right dress for my daughters wedding! Camilla went above and beyond to have my dress altered in time for the wedding! Its a beautiful shop with a fantastic selection. I'm SOO HAPPY that this shop is...
