had high hopes for this indoor playground, the place is beautifully decorated and visually appealing, but unfortunately, it was a total disappointment in terms of functionality and management.
First of all, the space is way too small for the number of children it claims to accommodate. It was overcrowded, noisy, and completely chaotic. The tables are so tightly packed together that moving around, especially as a mom with 3 kids, a diaper bag, and personal belongings, was nearly impossible.
The bathroom is located far from the play area, which means you completely lose sight of your children if you need to take one of them. There are no separated play zones, so toddlers, babies, and much older kids all play in the same area. It was really stressful watching bigger kids playing rough next to crawling babies, and no one managing the situation.
To make things worse, only one staff member was trying to handle everything. She looked overwhelmed and didn’t intervene at all when older kids were throwing toys, running wildly, or being aggressive. Meanwhile, some of the parents were just sitting down sipping coffee and not supervising their children at all, it felt completely unsafe.... I won’t...
Read moreToday was my second visit to the place, my first visit was when it had just opened. It’s clean and much like the other indoor playgrounds. The give away is that it has its own place for drinks and snacks , that is the best part. I do feel though it’s smaller and they haven’t separated out the areas for smaller infant group and toddler group like they have done in time out. There is also no limit to how many kids can be there and no limit on time frame either. It was super packed today idk if it is because of weekend and so congested , I could see kids fighting for toys. There was only one person who was in charge of the cafeteria, at the enterance and to supervise. Overall my 15 month old actually didn’t enjoy a lot because there were so many kids just snatching toys from each other and basically trying to run over each other. This place is new so I think it will improve in future with all the feedbacks but right now I wouldn’t be...
Read moreAs a dad, and a bigger guy, this place was not built with parents like me in mind. The seating is ridiculously cramped. Tables are packed so close together, I could hear every word of the conversation next to us (and I'm pretty sure they could hear mine). It was nearly impossible to sit comfortably without bumping elbows with someone.
They advertise this place as being for kids up to 9 years old, but honestly, it felt way too chaotic for my little daughter. There were older, much bigger kids running around at full speed, and I spent the entire time trying to keep her out of their way. Definitely not relaxing.
On top of that, there were tiny toys everywhere, especially these super small LEGO pieces. My daughter kept trying to put them in her mouth. That’s a huge choking hazard, and it made the whole experience more stressful than fun.
We won’t be coming back. Not a safe or comfortable space for younger...
