Yarbrough Plaza — Attraction in El Paso

This rating is for Eyemart Express. Wish there were negative stars.... I was charged $270 dls for glasses I didn't choose and have difficulty using. From the day I first picked them up I let the supervisor know there was something wrong. They insisted the glasses were made correctly. I tried using them and ended up getting headaches every time. So I took them back...same supervisor same outcome. It wasn't them it was me or my optometrist's fault. I walked out quite upset. Finally was able to speak with the manager who obviously noticed something wrong and decided to change the frame to one he picked out. Went to pick up those glasses and still couldn't see well soooo....again it was me or my optometrist. I went to my Doc's office and after they took measurements of the lenses there was one that instead of reading 1.00 had 1.75. When the manager realized this he tells me to "come Jack tomorrow 'cause we're really busy". I said no and waited for one hr and 15 mins. Mind you every time I was going to Eyemart was a 26 mile round trip for me. End of story....I ended up paying $270 dls for glasses I still can't use and didn't choose. And never even compensated for my travel let alone my time......but the manager did notice that I had been a customer since before 2008. Key word here...

Absolutely terrible place to go on a Sunday. Got there at 2 and left at 5. Not shopping, but waiting in line for the register. They Only had 4 registers open with a line that wrapped around the store along the side to the back by the fitting rooms. The restroom was deplorable, you could smell the stench from 10 feet away from the fitting rooms. My toddler had to go and I gagged at the sight of that restroom. There was used toilet paper making mountains in the stall floors, the sink was covered in water. The entire store looked like it had been hit by a twister, clothes were thrown over the racks, Boxes were on the floor, kids were let loose to make hell of the toy section, while their parents were busy grabbing everything they saw only to put it back the next Isle over. All the sizes were mixed up, and packages were opened. The customers who go there have no home training nor respect for the places they shop. Its a miracle people want...

I have not been back for 9 month's .......Food OK but the back of chairs..floors..napkin dispenser ...front doors..bathrooms all stickey and chairs have caked on junk on them...I left 2 messages for mgrs..no call back .I went to pizza place next door to pu pizza for kids...about 9:19 pm Tuesday....cook and front counter girl on there phones..restaurant empty...Hello get a bucket and clean stuff..The only Good ...about this is take out I saw more people pick up food..then eating there...in the last 10years its not the same place..PS if the fronts is Nasty??someone needs to check Kitchen...Won't come here again...with 3other wing places on same street...
