I really wanted to like this place, (or rather my first experience,) but unfortunately my visit was overwhelmingly disappointing.
From the moment we walked in, things felt off. We had to seat ourselves, and despite the restaurant not being at all busy, there was a noticeable lack of organization and urgency from the staff. As someone who appreciates the service industry, I understand that understaffed restaurants are more common than not, and take a lot of things with a grain of salt. Only four workers seemed to be running the entire floor. Hosting, serving, cleaning, making drinks at the bar, and likely even helping in the kitchen. It was clear they were stretched far too thin. Tables near us were dirty and unbussed for all of our visit, (even adding on top of them,) and service was extremely slow from start to finish. Our waitress was understandably upset.
The restaurant was advertising an appetizer special, but they were already out of 1 of the 4 featured items when we arrived. No apologies or alternatives were offered. That alone wouldn’t have been a dealbreaker, but the staff’s lack of communication made things worse. No one checked in on us after we ordered, and when I wanted to request something additional, (due to the lack of options available,) there was no one around to ask. If a waitress passed us, it was hard to even grab their attention because they were so strung out. There were obvious signs of dysfunction between the wait staff and the kitchen. The restaurant barely seemed to be holding things together. I don’t like to leave negative reviews, ever, especially when staff are clearly overworked, but this felt like a management issue more than anything. Read moreHorrible experience from the start. Placed an order for pick up thru instacart. I go there 5 mins before the estimated pick up time. So I get to the counter and let the hostess know. She asks for my name and if it was a pick up order and goes back to check. She comes back and let's me know they are working on it. Great. I didnt expect it to be ready just wanted them to know I was there when it was. So I sit down and wait. Thru out this time hostess seats diff guest and she is beyond rude. Just her face and her body language alone was very unwelcoming and add that w her tone. No smile. No "hi welcome" to any guest. 5 mins pass and i get a notification from instacart that my order is ready for pick up. So I give it a min or two for the hostess to seat a few parties. She gets back and still nothing yet she sees me every time she passes by that im waiting. I give it another 5 mins after my notification and finally get up and let her know I got the notification. She again asks "for who? Was it a take out?" And just like before its in the most unwelcoming tone. I let her know my name again even tho I had just mentioned it to her a few mins prior. She brings out the food and for some reasons he shouts my name so loud right in front of me as if she didnt know I was there waiting for her to bring me my food... We get home and to top everything off the portions were so ridiculously small!! I ordered 2 - 20 piece boneless meals w 2 large fries. There were maybe 10 decent sized boneless wings for each box and the other 10 pieces were so small they shouldnt even be considered a piece! The "large" fries should be a small fry! And the carrots and celery were a joke! $40 felt like such a waste of $. This was my first experience w buffalo wild wings and it was such a disappointment in each...
Read moreThis is the second time I have been here first time didn’t have to wait that long and service was great… wings were asked to be sauced and they were delicious…. Music was reasonable and the waitress was very attentive and it was packed. Overall had a great time ….So had to try it again because of the first visit…. Don’t know what happened but this time had to wait for 48 minutes to be seated. Once texted that they were ready for us noticed it wasn’t as busy as the first time I went. I was expecting the same kind of service but nope waitress was slow and was more worried about celebrating her birthday because she had on a corsage where people could put money on her…Music so loud she couldn’t take our order right and of course it came out wrong not sauced and she told us we didn’t ask for it which we did…… took it to the back and I guess they just poured it all over…. Then one of our parties didn’t get their wings until 12 minutes later… Horrible service this time and it wasn’t as packed as the first time…guess different managers run things different on their shift…. I will be back just to see if they were just having an off day but I think every day should be the same especially nowadays when there is a lot of options for wings….09/01/2025 Went in on Labor Day and let me tell you ….. Hanna our server went above and beyond…. She is very professional and attentive always with a smile on her face and very attentive to our table and we were a party of six with different orders and she took very good care of us made this experience a pleasant one that I will definitely be back…… to management Hanna is the example every other employee should follow….
