Many issues with this laundromat. 1. If there is a problem, know that there is no manager. And your issue will not be resolved. Its solely on the workers to decide if they want to help you or not. 2. Picture inserted. Most machines do not wash clothing with enough water. I paid 5.50 for a large machine and I got clothes tumbling around with little water. I told the Hispanic woman working there. She pointed to a empty bucket and told me to add water to it. 3. The coin machine is always broken leaving only one working machine to use for all customers. 4. There are roaches. Don't leave your belongings on the counters or machines. 5. There are not enough carts for the laundry. So you have 3 machines that are ready to unload and not 1 cart to remove your clothes. That is not all the business fault. But you have to have a number of carts available to customers. Lastly, 6. Why are 40% or more of the washers and dryers out of order? I mean the ratio is disappointing. I need another laundromat asap.

Update: I hate that I come back to this location out of convenience and they still disappoint. New dryers but the washing machines still break down. Not enough water pressure. You do not get to be refunded if something goes wrong with the machines. The workers are not helpful. They have headphones on and are not aware of customers needs.

They allow dogs in the carts that customers put their wash clothing. Yes, I am looking at a dog in the clothing cart as the owner does...

Should have checked the reviews before entering. DIRTY LAUNDRYMAT there prices are the same just about across the board of other laundry's I have patronize. Wash and pre soak is the same water. Rinse cycle very little water I still had soap in the final rinse.

I was asking someone how much is the drying machine I said a joke what is it 8 minutes per quarter Hell 7¢ minutes per quarter LOL The most expensive laundromat I have been to EVER and the dirtiest wash ever. I've been washing clothes for 40 years so I know how to wash clothes.

Yo, I was thinking about washing two covers I'm glad at least I check the machines beforehand saved myself at least $14. Can't tell no lie drying is good machines are hot cost was $1.25 could have did it for 1$. 35 minutes and less compared to 50-60 minutes. Dry cloth but the wash could have definitely been better. I still will not patronize this...

I wish I could give ZERO STARS. So my family an I have used this service of wash and fold we have a busy schedule and sometimes it really helps. Even before this new system they have had issues of mixing up clothes but it was a few clothes here an there... Since the new system idk it's just a free for all....down hill. I mean MY WHOLE LOAD WAS NOT EVEN MY CLOTHES.. an of course not remembering exactly every damn piece you put in for wash you don't even know how much is missing when we finally got our proper load we dropped off. I'm sorry our family is taking out business somewhere else cause it's just getting worse!...
