Cutest water park! Took our toddler, 7 year old and 11 year and had a blast! Why it works: 1) they have 3 big tube slides that you can take single or double tubes on - and as long as the kids are 48" they can ride with you! 2) there is a toddler area, it's small but has a fun slide my toddler was addicted to 3) there is a spray area where kids (even little ones) can spray and have a blast while watching big kids go down the big "toliet bowl" slide 4) The lazy river! 1/2 our time was there! They have single & double tubes 5) You can bring folding chairs, and it's crowded so highly recommend. Coolers are okay within a certain size. And bring blankets! Strollers are allowed too! If your 48" and older kids don't like water slides, then your only real option is lazy river or the pool, which is fine but I don't know if it'd worth it for a full day. They do have discounted evening hours though, highly recommend if you don't need a full day. After 4pm on Sunday the lines and crowds were much better. Only 4 family changing rooms though, and women's room was super crowded so plan on that. We waited until 545pm Sunday to change so maybe earlier would have been better!

I think it's a great waterpark - brought 5 kids on my own and felt it was manageable and safe. There's a little kids play area, a zero depth pool with diving board/chute slide/lily pads, another play area with a dump bucket, water slides & lazy river. Free under 2 YO. What I learned: *Get there before it starts or be prepared to stand in line (no shade) *Parking is a limited and the main lot is a pretty decent walk; dropped my kids and had them wait in line while I parked *You can bring in all your own food and a cooler - snack shop is good but gets expensive (hot dog, pizza, mozzarella sticks, fries, snacks, water) *Bring your water plus MORE waters - everything sold/water fountains were all warm *People set up LEGIT PARTIES: like tents, blankets, umbrellas, sandwich trays, full pizzas, chairs. I wish I would have brought some of these items to 'claim my area': like a folding chair or 2 + blanket + shade umbrella - there is VERY LITTLE SHADE *Bring a wagon to carry all of the items listed above from the parking lot to the park

The best public water park around! It has 3 body slides: 2 normal ones and 1 body-bowl slide. It also has 2 raft slides: one tunnel and one open at the top. There is a lazy river, kiddie area, normal pool, and those lily pad things. The bathrooms are pretty clean. The staff is actually very nice and helpful; I don't know why people people say the staff is rude bc they arent! The food is good, especially for a water park. You can even buy a whole pizza! The only complaint I would have about the food is that they don't have burgers! :( Lots of nice grass area to sit in if there are no chairs left. If you need to leave or go to the car for a little bit, they give you a stamp so u can come back in. It is a really great place and I would definitely recommend! :) PS. Admission depends on where you live.

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE!!! MUST READ THIS TO BELIEVE IT!!! Went to this water park on July 5th 2015 to have some family fun time and ended up getting escorted out by the Elk Grove Police. Due to the severe overcrowding my family and I were sharing a tube. Many people were waiting more than an hour in line for a tube. After a while the inner tube started to get deflated. As I approached the guard's office to get some air in it I was told by manger that "we will not fill up this tube because it was just filled an hour ago." As anyone with common sense would know that over a period of time any air filled tube with two people sitting on it could get deflated. When I explained to her that my back was about to scrape the bottom of the slide the last time I went down and that I did not feel like it would be safe to go on the slides with it deflated. She immediately took the tube away from me and said that it was unsafe and I could no longer use it. What??? She was punishing me for asking for my tube to be filled up with air. When I asked for my money back after only being there for two hours she refused and when I raised my voice she called the police to escort me out. I have NEVER been treated so poorly. Is all I wanted was some air in my tube and I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is VERY overcrowded and...

If I could rate it at zero stars, it would be great. I've visited other water parks in other cities, and admission is accessible to non-residents; there, admission is ridiculously expensive. Upon entering, there was nowhere to sit; everything was too crowded, even the grassy areas. The bathrooms were dirty, even the shower. The food was very expensive. The lifeguard wouldn't let my son ride the net game where you have to jump on green floats. First, because he had the float, so I took it away. And then because he doesn't know how to swim. I told him, "I'll be careful if he falls off the green floating leaves," and he told me again, "No." I think it was racist because he saw I didn't speak English. We hope they change the lifeguard. My son did the line again and there was no problem. My son was happy to be able to ride. This attitude taken by the lifeguard is absurd. Not to mention the long line we had to wait in for the lazy river. No one wanted to let go of their floats, and we had to wait over half an hour, and the lifeguards did nothing to improve the situation.

In short, it's chaos. There's no control over the park's capacity. It's not...
