Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Elk Grove Township

If I could give this location 0 Stars I would; This store ran by a shyster "family" that runs this particular location WILL overcharge and jack up the prices of something to line their pockets.. it's even more ridiculous because they know some will go because it a cheap meal, but they take advantage of those in the community for it! These people need to be run outta town... At the very least replaced by someone else who knows how to properly serve customers without trying to overcharge and nickel and dime people unnecessarily. The "manager" was rude, gave me a dirty look trying to overcharge for a regular. A day later my bill was 2.00 MORE, I threatened to sue them if they didn't give me my money back but it's the principal of it. I called my bank and counted it as fraud. My receipt says one thing and my bank account says another? NOPE, DO NOT COME HERE if you can help it! Ordered a Detroit Style Deep Dish Supreme pizza with a large order of 3 other pizzas and drinks. I sent my co-worker to pick it up. I look at the receipt and instead of charging $13 plus tax for the DSDD Supreme pizza they charged $17.56 plus tax because they priced out a DSDD pizza and added individual toppings to it which made the total more. I called the store and Digna answered the phone and was rude and said this is how much her store charges when I know that it not true because other stores charge $13 because I have purchased the same pizza before and I called another store to check because maybe prices have changed and that is in fact the price at 2 other near by stores that I called. You can clearly see on the receipt the toppings are added and charged for. She refused to let me speak to a manager when I called. She is not trained sufficiently and I will make a complaint to Little Caesars corporate that this store purposely over charges and does not have proper training or a manager on duty. It's not about the $5 bucks I was over charged but simply that she was rude and lied that this is the price her store charges instead of saying that she did make a mistake and offer to refund me...

On 9/11, I ordered 12 pizzas and 8 orders of crazy bread for my daughter’s birthday. Ordered online for a pick up on 9/14. Order was paid for ($181), verified by the store for a 9/14 pickup at 1:45pm. Show up on 9/14 at 1:45pm and NO FOOD. The person behind the counter tells me the order was picked up……get this….on 9/11! They made the order the same day and gave it away to someone else. When I showed the printed order that showed the 9/14 date and pick up time, all he could tell me was “I don’t know”. I tried to call the store multiple times to speak with a manager but couldn’t ever get him. Finally I went into the store and was told I could NOT get a refund because it was an online order.
