Ill start off with I rarely take the time to write reviews but as I sit here at work with what is essentially a tortilla filled with rice next to me I would rather bang on my keyboard than eat what I paid for. I like Chipotle and go pretty often so when I discovered this one near my office I was filled with joy. This joy was quickly turned to frustration the first time I went on my lunch hour only to waste 15 minutes in line before being told the chicken was still cooking. Long story short they had shorted everyone to make the chicken last but i decided i would try them out again. Now with high hopes I returned today craving a burrito. I asked this time for half the normal rice and beans with the hope that i would be able to taste the meat this time without needing to buy extra. I was sadly mistaken, I asked for Barbacoa and a piece the size of my thumb was placed on my burrito. I was looking down at a burrito with 70% Rice 25% beans and 5% meat. I asked the young man behind the counter if i could have some more meat and he quickly responded with "extra meat is 2.50, okay?". I trying to stay collected asked him if extra meat is 2.50 what discount i was going to receive for my gross under portion. Apparently this question was beyond him, out of principle i denied the up charge and powered on. I added my salsas, cheese, lettuce and headed to the register. Still as I pause from writing this to take a bite I feel like I am engaged in a game of hide and seek wondering when I'm going to find the barbacoa. Needles to say I will not be returning to this location and would strong advise to anyone reading to pass this location up unless of course you are getting a veggie burrito then you'll...
Read moreI come here every so often when I’m feeling the taste for chipotle and every time it’s satisfying but not this time. This time it was much more professional and great and very chill. Customer service was on point, the cashier had a smile the cooks were laughing great environment to come and eat. But there was this one employee, not sure what her name was and I didn’t want to ask after I finished my meal didn’t wan to make her more nervous than I did well idk if giving a $5 tip to her personality would make her nervous but that’s what I thought anyways. My point is if any of you Chipotle Lovers out there make sure u get your food done by this girl gosh I should of gotten her name. About 5’5, Hispanic young lady wears black glasses and was working the night shift I was there from 6:30-7pm she was working with a Caucasian young women. But again she had a smile and it made my day. Not many employees do that but she sure does take her job seriously and that’s what we need in this world. Keep up the great work!!!!! Keep up that positive attitude and I’m sure great...
Read moreLet's talk about the general manager, Alberto, who REFUSED to give me extra cheese on my bowl! At first I thought he wasn't serious when I asked him for a lot of cheese and his response was "he'd give me some cheese ". I then again asked him for more, to which he responded no. I proceeded to ask "cant I just pay for extra cheese " and he said no again. I asked "is there a manager on staff" and he said "I'm the general manager". Shocked I replied you are extremely rude over cheese, he didn't respond, slapped my lid on and sent me to pay. Alberto, then proceeded to tell the lady behind me he would give her the rest of the guacamole for FREE and she could wait 15 minutes for new guacamole and pay if she wanted more. What the heck did I do to get met with the cheese police and Alberto needs a training program on how to treat paying customers. Im embarrassed for this location and their leadership choices. Mind you hes doing this in front of gosh 5 plus staff members and a line of customers. Shame...
