Panera Bread — Restaurant in Elk Grove Township

I'm now a big time sip club member lol. I'm not sure there's a better deal out there for 24 7 coffee drinkers. Today I stopped in and grabbed a cup of the dark roast. On the drive over, I told myself that if that two dollar pastry pop up appears again, I'm going for it. Last time was my first time using the self checkout screens and I didn't know how to edit my order. I went to a person this time, and she helped me. Very smooth process. She was way more capable than I am at navigating their POS (though I'm highly skilled at navigating the other types of POS's).

On the drive home I inhaled the chocolate croissant and day dreamed about TWO chocolate croissants. I polished it off and sipped the coffee. Then I noticed there was a cop behind me lol. I wasn't totally sure I had stopped a full three seconds or whatever at the intersection but I felt confident he or she would understand. Unless they didn't believe me and wondered what the powdered sugar all over my hoodie was.

The cop must have been going to the same street I was as they followed me through several more intersections. I just kept increasing the number of seconds I stopped at each one, along with the number of chocolate croissants I could get next time in...

If I could I would give 10 star instead of 5, thats how much I like this place. My daughters and I go here a few times a week. I absolutely love the food and the atmosphere/environment, it has a very cozy feel to it. The Staff here is so so so amazing that sometimes it feels too good to be true especially nowadays when people have become so rude and obnoxious especially since covid. I want to mention names of the people who are not only kind but polite and provide excellent customer service. Emily is one of the managers but what a great person, she definitely deserves her title, Nerlyn (not sure if I am spelling her name right) is also very very awesome. Couple other absolutely amazing people from the staff are Tina (one of the managers) and Adan. Love love love the place, service and atmosphere. Thank You guys for being so...

I regularly order from here for delivery to my job- but not anymore. I ordered the a sandwhich entree with chips and a soup with bread the other day. I called to request butter for my bread (which is kind of ridiculous that you can't add something simple like butter to your cart anywhere on the website, and I can't be the only one that likes bread + butter). Received my delivery, with no butter and no chips for the sandwhich. I immediately called back, and was told by Johnny (the same one that promised me he'd put butter in the bag) that he will leave a note for the manager and tell his team to check the orders better. I was not given an option for someone to re-deliver items or a refund or anything. I feel ripped off and was given very poor customer service from Johnny. Never received a call from a...
