OK Burrito Inc — Restaurant in Elk Grove Township

It was my first time coming here. It’s been awhile since I write a review and boy this place is gonna get it. Order two tacos , chorizo and cecina with cilantro and onion. But Idk why they didn’t bother putting onion on the chorizo one and seemed to over put onion on the other one. Is that how sloppy the cook is. Anyways. The limes were so slim you couldn’t even squeeze nothing out. Like dang bro why skim me out on the lime . I give it up to the waitress she just memorized everything and didn’t write nothing down. Except to tell them to pu onions on my taco!!!! The chorizo one didn’t taste so good. I’ve tasted better. La Rosita chorizo is way better. The cecina one was alright. But the tortillas were soggy . When eating tacos you need to get them a lil bit harden. Seemed liked they put them inside the microwave. The ac works very well cause it was cold in there. You could tell the waitress was very cold too....

I went there tonight 6/20/23. I ordered a steak torta & added on cilantro & avocado, steak gordita added cilantro & avocado again then I said rice and beans. I didn't say dinner so he rings my order up to pay & I noticed the rice is 3.99 (8 oz) & the beans are 3.99 (8 oz). I ask him can I make the steak torta a dinner he says yes but it's going to be more expensive. avocado was charged $0.99 x 2 which is fine. I paid took the man's word. the menu said torta 8.99 dinner 13.99 so I paid an extra $3 for rice over charged for avocado. I don't mind paying but don't lie. the food came I ate at home. rice is flavorless & 25% of it is under cooked, beans are nasty & the torta is aahh mediocre. I grew up on Mexican food and eat so many places & from what I ate tonight it's not very good & the cheapness over a few dollars. 2021 update on my negative review below: I've been able to reflect on this and I was hangry when I wrote it. Expecting food a certain way and getting it in another is disappointing to say the least. But their food is outstanding and I've remedied the packaging change that I dislike by requesting foil wrapped tacos when I order and the restaurant has been extremely accommodating every time.

Service here took a dump. I ordered dinner for 6 people, consisting mostly of tacos. Instead of wrapping them individually like usual, they dropped them, 4 per box, into large styrofoam containers.
