GameStop — Attraction in Elkhart

I've been shopping at gamestop in general for over 20 years now. I've seen ever single trick in the book pulled by hundreds of employees. These people are lazy,unispired,rude,arrogant,crooks, and some wanna be con men. This location will never answer the phone, hoard pre-order gifts for themselves, lie about company policies all in the name of trying g achieve personal gain or an up-sale. I've had pre-order collectibles sold under my feet, I've seen employees stealing games, and just recently have become a victim of the $1.99 disc protection plan added to my game purchase without wanting it. I don't know what to say anymore, if I keep going I'll be writing for at least a week. Anyways 2 stars for this location all around. Watch out for Bradley especially, he will add the $1.99 disc protection to look good to his boss Adrien the district manager who has been a huge theft problem for gamestop for...

I have been made fun of by an employee in this store when I mis-spoke and accidentally stuttered, and 6 months later I swear the same woman (was not wearing a name tag) jacked up my xbone plug somehow and refused to even turn on the system. I took it home, plugged it back in, and it never made a sound. I then took it to my gamestop and they took it in a heartbeat. No issues, no sounds, and they actually turned on the system. When I left too after being upset for her not even turning it on, she said in the most sarcastic voice possible, "have a nice night". Employees like this woman are the reason that gamestop is in the shape they are in now. I will never step foot in this gamestop again, and it's in my hometown....

Staff is kind and friendly but doesn't go out of their way to help customers. Store is always clean and they are knowledgeable on the product however, didn't sit well as I was looking at the cards a foot away from them they were discussing all the packs they had held in back. I understand holding things is a Game Stop perk for working there but I take issue when they say about 15-20 items are back there and they are saying things like "yeah I took all of those and al l of those and I saw someone put these out and I was like nope these are mine" Just kinda makes me not want...
