Mattress Firm Elkhart North — Hotel in Elkhart

I came in to this store about a week ago, obviously looking for a new bed. I've never purchased my own bed before as I've always had beds passed down from family. The day before I came in here.. I visited a few different furniture stores in Mishawaka. I was extremely overwhelmed and felt as if I was bombarded by employees at every corner more eager to make a sale than to help me or make me feel comfortable. I went home without a bed and slept on the couch that night. I went to Mattress Firm the next day and from the moment I walked in, Jeremy Schmidt was there and eager to help. Truly help. He explained all of my options thoroughly and was very patient. He made me feel comfortable when it came to laying on different beds in the middle of a store. He reminded me to lay in the position that I sleep in and lay there for a few minutes to be sure I'm choosing the right bed. Jeremy was very personable, too! He spoke very easily with my 5 year old son and kept him entertained throughout the process.. There was even legos available for him! And I felt as if I could talk with Jeremy the same as I could with a good friend. After discussing what I was willing to spend that day, calculating what i could finance, and what brought me in to buy a bed now.. He did everything he could to get me the bed that I wanted along with a frame and 2 free pillows! Jeremy helped me save $400! I was very impressed with the service and I loved the deals and leasing options that were available! I went home with my brand new bed feeling accomplished, confident, and eager to set it up! Greg & Frankie Price buying a mattress was like going out to buy a car of course money is a factor and quality is a must. we had passed Mattress Firm several times and for one reason or another didn't stop our mistake. we could have saved ourselves a lot of time. The fact we were just about out of options and was going to make a choice for something we didn't want but could afford being on a fixed income makes life tough. We had the best buying experience of my life!! Ashley was a true breath of fresh air in the sales world. No high pressure sales no bait and switch just honest listening to what we need and what we could afford. She gave us advice and knowledge and education on coils foam box springs comfort she took a lot of time with us and not pushing us to close the deal. My husband and I were in need of a bigger bed and something new. I am a back and side sleeper. He is all stomach and use to sleeping on a hard service. Ashlee our sales person was awesome with explaining things to us as far as what the different colors lining the outside of the beds meant. Blue - soft, Green - happy medium, and yellow firm. We live on a strict budget so I went in with a mind set that I wasn't going to go over a certain price point. With the mattress that we tried it was excellent a little higher then I wanted to pay. So we tried out something a little cheaper. But its like they say you get what you pay for. I couldn't be happier with our choices that we made. To top it off we get a mattress protector that has a 10 year warranty paid extra for that but well worth it considering that I like to drink water in bed while I am reading or what not.
