I will never go back to this IHOP. Literally the worst dining experience I have ever had. Multiple tables around us, and including us, were openly laughing because we were in disbelief. Wait staff repeatedly, to multiple tables, would ignore requests for things such as dipping sauce, salt and pepper, silverware, and corrections to orders. At our table, we sat for 40 minutes before receiving our food, 10 minutes to get silverware, and I never got the sauce for my mozzarella sticks or the salt and pepper, despite asking 4 times. The waiter would go to the back, then walk back out empty handed, and start doing other tasks like clearing tables or seating new guests. He cleaned the table directly next to us while be both silently watched him, wondering if we were being punk'd and waiting for Ashton. The table behind us waited 25 minutes for silverware before getting up and locating it themselves by the server station.
While all of this was going on, a security guard harassed a black man who had fallen asleep twice (it was from 10:30- 11:30PM) while waiting for his to-go order. The man was quiet and sitting by himself, wearing a mask, and the guard clearly made a production out of each time he went to harass him, making several people in the restaurant yell at the guard to "let him be." The guard even went as far as to call the police on this man -- who again, was complying with the guard and had no indications of being drunk or causing trouble.
I have never left a tip less than 20% in my entire life, no matter how bad the service was. Last night, I left a 0 tip. I feel like they should have owed me something, rather than me paying at all. I am disgusted, will never go back, and will be saving this comment to send to their...

She "nodded off" several times while standing, taking our orders, asking my husband three times in a row if hashbrowns were okay. The third and final time she nodded off, she almost fell on me and on the table. It took her ten minutesâat leastâto input the order into the tablet.
She was incoherent, multiple tables were seated but left because she just never returned to take their order in the 60+ minutes we were there. When people left, she tried to bribe them to stay with free popsicles. Only us and another table were served food, at least 10 customers left before being served.
She charged us the wrong amount on the bill but we had to pay the bill as is, without correction, because she was too inebriated to fix it. When my husband asked her to adjust our inflated bill, she rambled on about how her dog was at home giving birth to puppies.
I bring this to your attention and anyone else who might go to this IHOP at night because it was a nerve-wracking experience and we're worried about Patricia and I'm unable to find a manager contact. If you're going to employee people who have addictions, you need more than two overnight staff members, at least for some sense of accountability. That reflects poorly on management, not Patricia.
My food was delicious, husband says his food was decent enough. We were satisfied with the quality of food, but the unpleasant experience still lingers a day later. If we come back, we'll call ahead first to make sure Patricia isn't working.

So I ask the waiter for the other two and we order. she brings the sticks. Still no drinks. So I ask for my drinks. They bring it out ten minutes later, same burger just took off the toppings that werenât supposed to be there. But it was now missing bacon and the fries were nasty. I said take this off my order and give me my check please. Manager comes out and says that they accidentally had another table cash out our order so they wanted us to pay for their check minus $10 for my burger. She was saying it was gonna be $38. I told her thatâs not right. She tried to tell me my original order was $44. I said no thatâs not right I will add everything up on the app right now.
