BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Elkhart

I'm very conflicted about my most recent visits. The management is great and the girls are just as great, however for reasons unknown Destany was fired and I think that was a big mistake, if it is for the reason I think it is!! The atmosphere there was beyond terrific, the girls would joke and laugh cause that's what you do when you love your job (speaking from experience) and they still worked just as fast and it always put me in a great mood seeing them have fun with their job and to know that if they have fun and love their job they may stay there. They all always made my trip their feel like a personal experience. Lately that has stopped and it is too serious and quiet when I come in and it is not the same, it is not anything the employees are doing wrong I think it is they were told to stop joking around and that upsets me, if they had a rhythm and worked just as fast, what's the problem with having fun? If you have to be serious all the time you start to hate your job and look elsewhere...

I’ve never had a bad experience here or the other locations. I will say the only thing I am not a fan of for this one, is the drive through, it is very oddly placed, and sometimes it can be slow but not as bad as Starbucks. Tops I’ve waited was 5min in line but it was also a busy day.

I do prefer to go inside though and it’s always clean and pretty cozy to just sit. I’ve seen people playing board games, reading, and even having business meetings or doing there school work occasionally as well. They don’t rush you out or bother you while you are enjoying there food/Coffee.

There has been a couple times where they messed up my order but they were nice about fixing it. The other day they forgot to heat up my bagel with cream cheese I ordered and they made me a new one and told me to keep the one they messed up as well.

All in all, I much prefer this place rather than Starbucks, just better atmosphere and coffee/food...

Usually this place is great, Courtney and her team have always brought a smile to my face and the main reason i even come to this location. However after today i will not be returning. I believe it was the general manager or district but they came in and yelled at courtney in front of all of us customers and even the employees. She was crying and honestly if thats how management treats its employees in front of the public im scared how they are treated in private.
